We booked an 11:30, received confirmation, and went to the address listed on the site. Unfortunately, all of these tours depart from the Guggenheim, no matter what the booking site says. We had a bit of a fiasco but Viator customer service got it fixed. Thank you Viator.

Javier was an excellent tour guide! We walked through the Old and New town areas and talked about the history, the culture and the architecture. I also expanded my tour the following day for the Guggenheim tour. We spent several hours talking about the museum, both the exterior and interior. Javier talked about the various artists and their exhibits inside as well. Explora Norte sent me several emails and allowed me to expand my tours before I got to Bilbao. They communicated well and were flexible. I highly recommend them.

Great tour to get an overall perspective of the city as well as ideas of things to do outside. Guide was a little rusty on english but we worked together and I didn't feel the tour suffered. Lovely insights into archtiecture.

Begona gave me a comprehensive and engaging walking tour of Bilbao. She is an outstanding and knowledgeable guide. Could not have enjoyed my wonderful one on one tour more.
