Hi We have checked your claim: 1) you did not book with us directly 2) you were not at the meeting point at the designated time 3) we don’t have a call from you. We have no idea who you phoned 4) at the given meeting point and at the given time,there were 82 people for different t trips. So who was not there? Thanks

dear traveller we are sorry for the inconvenience, and we thank you for your constructive comments. We arranged a minibus to pick you up because we only had your booking in Port Pollensa area being low season. Rather than to cancell we prefered to arrange this solution, and to transfer you to the coach in Port de alcudia. We had to wait as the bus was delayed. Last Thursday, our buses were delayed because of the rain and high volume of traffic in the resort, something beyond our control. On the way back, we started drop off in can Picafort, as that was the first stop for the bus. Unfortunately, the minibus was not available, and we didnt have 2 cars (as you were a group of 6 adults, 1 child, 1 baby), so we had no alternative. dear traveller thanks for booking the trip to Aquarium with retun bus from your hotel. We are glad you enjoyed the visit and you had a good time with the family. This year we have launched the bus from the resorts in the north Area with a late pick up after breakfast so families can enjoy the breakfast without any rush, and then to get on the bus to Aquarium where they have plenty of time to enjoy the different areas. thanks for the review

dear traveller as we explained you on an email, what it really happened was that you went to the wrong pick up point as you admitted, and the bus was in the right place and at the right time, and we had a video for that. The reason why you got the refund was as a courtesy detail from our company, and authorised by the excursions manager. Thanks for putting a review but we would have prefered you to tell exactly what happened.
