Hi, sorry if the information was not communicated to you the second time, we are very sorry that you were waiting. We always do our best to communicate with our customers and always try to let them know in advance if something is changed or cancelled. At this time of year, the weather is very changeable and even sometimes when it looks like the sea conditions are favourable, the wind changes and the boats can't depart. Many decisions are taken last-minute for this reason and we don't always know in advance to be able to advise people.

Hello, we have many other boat tours with much fewer people and a more personalised service. Yes, they are more expensive. The number of guests on a catamaran or boat is always relative to the capacity allowed. The catamarans that depart from the port of Alcudia are the largest ones on the island, although at the moment, they are not going out with anywhere near the full capacity of passengers permitted by law. We don't normally receive comments that the music is too loud. We would happily have turned it down if we'd been asked. We'll keep it mind for the future, thank you.

Thank you for your positive and negative comments about the catamaran tour. You may have booked this tour through us, but this is not our catamaran and I can assure you that we certainly do care about our customers safety and well-being. I personally know the owners and staff from this company and I can say with absolute certainty that they do also care about their level of service provided. Hand sanitizer is provided, masks are required whenever social distancing is not possible and the boats are currently going out with around 75% of the actual capacity. We will look into trying to change the music for something a bit more upbeat!

Hello, thank you for sharing. Just to correct you on a couple of things: 1. If there were young people on the catamaran, it is normal that there is a feel-good vibe onboard, but you are quite mistaken about the beers, as no alcohol is served or allowed onboard boats or catamarans this year due to COVID restrictions. 2. The catamaran could not have been crowded, as they are filling only to 70% of its capacity this year, also as a precaution against COVID. Thank you and we hope you enjoyed your holiday.

Hola Elyoenai, Nos alegro de que se haya gustado el tour en catamaran. Ese tour desde Alcudia es una pasada con la costa tan bonita. El faro de Aucanada es uno de los mejores sitios para nadar en esta zona, ya que el agua es poco profundo y así es ideal para familias con niños - eso y que las vistas son preciosas desde aquí. Tenemos muchos tours en barco desde el norte de Mallorca, a ver si se anima a probar otro :)
