The ticket is valid for 24 hours so you can use on second day if you start bit later. It includes admission to either the castle or the architecture museum. We chose the castle which was lovely. It's a good bit outside centre so wouldn't have seen otherwise. Earphones give commentary on the journey and they work with my phone. Worth doing.

We asked about the bus in our hotel and bought tickets. We were informed that buses ran every 20 minutes and proceeded to the bus stop. The bus stop is not marked for the hop on snd hop off bus, but we guessed right. We waited from 09:45 to 11:15 at stop 17. We eventually learnt that the buses start at 10:00 and are scheduled for stop 17 around 11:00. The bus is ok, many of the earphone sockets didn’t work but hey ho. The biggest disappointment was at the end of the day when stop 17 was skipped and the tour was curtailed at stop 1 ( i think). We asked to staff member why 17 was skipped. She said it had ‘collapsed’ and we should have told her earlier that we wanted it. 8 euro taxi back to our hotel.

Great way to pass the day in Palma. Drivers deserve a medal for their driving through all the very narrow streets. Comentary is good & available in lots of languages

Worse bus tour I have ever been on without a doubt. Bus was 40 minutes late, had to sit downstairs as no room upstairs. Could not turn volume down on the headset, so was not able to listen to the tour and to top it all off, the driver thought he was in the F1… spent more time holding onto the railing then enjoying the tour.
I would recommend saving 40 EUR and walking. Terrible!

Dont waste your money!! It’s the worst city bus tour we’ve been on. Basically you just see the outside of flats and drive past the port, which you would be better walking around. Belver castle looks interesting but unless you are paying extra to go in to see it it is a fly past. Felt the bus was uncomfortable and was certainly overdue a clean. We normally really enjoy a city tour as a great way to get your bearings but wish we had spent our time walking around the historic centre.

Great way to get an overview of the city and find your bearings for parts of the Costa you want to visit. Some amazing views of the city and as the route takes you up to the heights around Castle Belver you also get a great scenic view of the port and other parts of the island.

The first thing is that they don't have air conditioning. Some don't have awnings to keep you from burning and roasting in summer. Few buses for the large number of tourists who demand it. As you say goodbye some branches almost gave you. The explanations are lousy, boring and contribute little. Expensive, and sometimes you have to wait 2 buses because they are full. Most of the time they play music instead of providing information about the city. In the castle stops in the sun, instead of stopping in the shade with 35oC.
