I specifically booked this company because I wanted to sail! All of their brochures showed their fleet of yachts sailing. WE left the harbour and motored around for about 45mins, looking for dolphins / whales. Unfortunatly we had no luck, which I completely understand. I then asked the captain if we could sail now and he said no because the winds were too light. I have sailed alot and knew that was rubbish.....they were just too lazy to get the sails up. All their other boats didn't sail either. At the start of the trip we were told we would anchor off a beach for a swim but ended up picking up a buoy on the outside of the ugly harbour. The food and drinks were good but I really recent it not being the trip it was supposed to and being lied too by a captain who made out it was. For the rest of the week I saw the same company motoring their sailing boats round in circles not far from the entrance and picking up the same mooring! Magic & Sail....deliver what you are selling folks!

Just returned from a wonderful 4 hour Catamaran trip out of Morro Jable harbour . Transfer arrived on time , excellent vessel very clean and tidy
Drinks flowing freely and the Captain Erik kept us safe and comfortable
Lunch served by our hostess Carmen was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for her .
Didn’t get to see dolphins or whales which is a shame but did not distract from a very pleasant morning out

The communication for the pick-up was excellent, the coach even arrived, almost, on time at our pick-up, which was great. Unfortunately some of the other pick-ups there was nobody there and we waited endlessly multiple times. If people are not where they should be at the correct time, leave them, do not inconvenience a coach load of people
The boat was a lovely large catamaran and i was equally excited about sailing as my wife was about seeing the wildlife.
We were both disappointed the sail was never put up and the boat dieseled for 4 hours, half of which had a tail wind and caused the engine fumes to fill the air.
There was not a peep of any wildlife, no whales, dolphins or turtles.
Quite disappointing.
When we returned to the marina there was no coach, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes in the midday sun for the coach to arrive.
Very disappointed
The boat was a lovely large catamaran and i was equally excited about sailing as my wife was about seeing the wildlife.

We really had a great trip. Francis and Karol were great and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the trip a lot and were even lucky to see a whale.

No safety whatsoever.We sped in one direction then turned around and sped back to almost where we started.It was very choppy and at no point were we offered life jackets or given any safety briefing .I hope there were life jackets but I didn't see any.
I had hoped for some information or a little talk on the dolphins ,but again .Nothing.
At the swimming stop,a safety ring was thrown out and we were free to swim. There was nothing to see.Not even fish.
Lunch,a couscous starter followed by ......meat and potatoes which were boil in the bag.Sauce was nice.
Then we sailed back.
Not worth €95.

An absolutely brilliant 4hr trip on their catamaran, with staff Jose and Igor, who couldn't do enough for the guests.
Unlimited drinks and locally sourced steak for the meal, which was served whilst tied up, allowing guests to swim in the crystal blue waters.
Thoroughly enjoyed this trip, and we will definitely do it again when we are on the island next.

We paid for the deluxe cruise so there were only 12 of us which was great, food was good and plenty of cold beer.
Unfortunatley we basically left the harbour, sailed straight out for one hour did a u turn and came back and anchored for a swim right outside the harbour wall, not the most picturesque place to stop with so many beautiful little coves and beaches only a mile or so from the harbour it seemed a shame we stopped there. We anchored, swam, ate and then at sunset did pratically the same thing, another straight sail out, u turn and back. The guides didnt talk to us or give us any local info and spent most of the trip on their phones.
What would have been really good was a trip along the coast showing off the scenery, landscape and volcanos. I'm not too bothered we didnt see dolphins or whales and its not really the best time to see them but they really should have a plan b which would have made the trip much more interesting rather than looking at sea and just more sea.

No small tour at sea back next to the port with views of the boat 🚢 ferry and concrete no beach no mask 🤿 available quick lunch with a dish and there and back to the port all this for the modest sum of 73€per person not even 4 hours walk ... We thought to see a small cove super nice indeed the port in background landscape is still super cool.
So I do not recommend this shabby and outdated landscape adventure that makes you dream.
I will stop there because the pill 💊 does not pass.

Zuis/Feli/Oliver/Judni were all brilliant! The Catamaran was very clean, very well organised with great food and plentiful drinks…and really good fun! Oh and lots of dolphins 🥰
