Disastrous from the beginning.
1. The man who sold us the excursion told us that it was paid on the boat, (a lie), he asked us for €8 per person.
2- The bus arrived to pick us up 15 minutes later than they had told us.
3. Long wait in the sun to enter the boat.
4. The excursion is not what the man explained to us, since it does not visit everything he told us.
5- most of the people vomiting on the boat.
6-The topic of seeing dolphins, very rare.
A girl from the crew said: there are 3 dolphins, to which another crew member (I think it was the boss) answers: enough…….
In a very arrogant way.
7-we return to the port, since some of us finished the excursion and others continued.
They left us in the port lying like quotes waiting for the bus to pick us up, without anyone responsible for the excursion, more than 30 minutes of waiting without anyone telling us anything.

8-Most of the staff, quite arrogant.
9- We will not return, nor do we RECOMMEND it

Did this trip on Saturday. 2.5 hours, picked up from Puerto Rico harbour. It’s advertised as a Dolphin search, but we got to see Pilot Whales. Brilliant to see these creatures in their natural environment, well worth doing this trip. It cost 35 euros, but go and negotiate at the port for a discount.

Horrible experience for our family, zero out of five. Disgustingly rude crew, food not fit for pigs, toilets worse than a festival.
Avoid this cruise operator and shop elsewhere would be our advice, these people treat you with contempt for being a tourist.

What a bloody all deal that was went on a catamaran 2 c dolphins & the market at Morgan no dolphins so sat on the thing 4 over 2 hours maybe 3 u got 1 free drink but u had 2 pay 4 your plastic cup & it was water or juice then 2 go the market thay kick u out in the middle of the sea on 2 a small dingy when u r petrified of water & the dingy was over crowded & tell u 2 b at the blue bridge ( no explanation where the blue bridge was )2 get the coach back 2 r hotel which from there we had 2 walk 2 the bus stop which was a other 15 mins walk then the coach take a hour & half 2 get back that was a full day wasted & 58€ each ,thay pick u up at 9am & drop u of at 5pm

Une arnaque! On vous donne rendez-vous à 10h, le bateau quitte le port à 11h, une heure a attendre avec les enfants sur le bateau à rien faire. On nous a promené sur la mer, aucune explication, rien. On a pas vu les dauphins mais cela peut arriver, on aurait juste aimer qu'on explique où on les voit d'habitude etc.. le bateau a fait demi tour, on en a conclu qu'on rentrait, arrivé au port les gens qui ont payé doivent se dépêcher pour descendre car d'autres ont payé 4h. Pas d'au revoir, d'explication. On a vraiment eu l'impression de s'être fait entuber. Je leur écris par WhatsApp et mail mais aucune réponse. Soit disant il t'offre un second tour si tu ne vois rien mais ils répondent pas... De toute façon on y serait pas retourné, une vraie perte de temps et d'argent.
Je ne pensais pas que des arnaques pareil pouvaient encore exister dans des pays touristiques comme l'Espagne.

The worst experience ever! Didn’t see any dolphins and passed more time on the bus than on the boat. Free drink on board but the glass costs 1€.

Don't make the mistake of booking supercat cruise

We're sold this experience by a fabulous Scottish lady, however what she described and what happens is 2 different things. Told to arrive for 10:10 however the boat still left late as the coach loads of people delayed departure. Boat broke down and we bobbed for 30 minutes without been told what was happening. Saw the dolphins very briefly from a far but the staff seemed in a rush to get back to make money from the water sports. Was not told 4 hours includes a return to harbour to drop off the 2 hour guests. The blue lagoon was sold as a snorkeling paradise seeing lots of fish, even the image on the magazine shows this. Not a fish in site as its too deep and not allowed to swim into the caves as they are too far from the boat. Jacuzzi is half full, very cold and right next to the smoking area just what you need to relax in. Banana boat ride as promised about 4 minutes but be aware it is very fast for young kids. Positive note the time was extended to just over 5 hours. Would recommend people book with caution and possibly look else where. (Food average, drinks were free 1 euro deposit for cup (to prevent people throwing them in the sea) no fresh fruit)

Really disappointing. Booked through this at Gran Canaria.com. Picked up on time but down hill after that. Boat really crowded, a lot lot more than pictures indicate. Description gave us the impression we would cruise for a couple of hours out, have lunch and come back. Reality was we went for 40 minutes, saw dolphins (through the crowds on the boat) went back to the same harbour and dropped off those who had only paid for two hours. Then set off again, lunch was ok but served in a bowl on a mass production scale. Not quite the BBQ near the beach as described. Stopped for a swim and back again. Did not feel like we went more than 2 miles from the harbour! Free drinks all day but came in tiny plastic cups served by the most miserable fellow on the boat. After the trip, coach trip back to hotel was a shambles - too many people for the two coaches. We were pushed from one to another along with another 8 people and eventually had to wait 20 minutes in the hot car park for them to find a minibus to get us home. Feel ripped off!

Eine klassische Touristenfalle. Der Ausflug hat sehr gut angefangen. Mit dem Katamaran aufs offene Meer auf der Suche nach Delfinen. Im Anschluss haben wir auf dem gleichen Schiff eine Schnorcheltour gebucht. Der Kapitän und seine Mannschaft ist mit uns dem Strand entlang gefahren und hat irgendwo im nirgendwo vor einem Badestrand angehalten und uns dann ins Wasser geschickt. Das war nicht mehr und nicht weniger als einfach nur schwimmen.
Um das positive doch noch ein bisschen hervorzuheben. Der Snack war super. Zu trinken gab es genug und das war total o. k. Preisleistung jedoch stimmt absolut nicht. Wir haben für vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 360 € bezahlt. Das ist definitiv zu viel

How many hours trip in boat ? Will it be smooth trip .. I haven’t great sea legs ? Is there cafe /food available on board too
