Amazing experience and very friendly staff highly recommend!! Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time and the banana boat was the highlight of our time on the boat !

I bought a Groupon voucher to go on this boat. When I called the number provided to make a booking for 2 people using the voucher I was told the next availability to use it was in 10 days time. I said I couldn’t make this date and then the man on the phone said the following “If you purchase a full price ticket you can come on the boat whenever you want, Groupon vouchers are for local people only not you, you must be really stupid actually”. I was shocked and really disappointed to be spoken to in such a way just for finding a deal online.
I got a refund from Groupon and reported this company to them. Decided to give this boat a miss also after reading the negative reviews online, all saying how rude people are.
Went on the Super cat instead and had a great day! Highly recommend.

The boat trip was great from start to finish, lovely staff, amazing boat, food was delicious! Banana boat was good fun to, good range of water sports, Just a really great day had by all!

I was mistreated by one of the staff as
I was dancing with my friend barefoot, I ended up getting iced cold water thrown at me from behind, I was stunned and thought it was rude. Was told it was because the floor was too hot🙄. Even though other people were also barefoot and did not get water thrown at them.When I attempted to make a complaint I was ignored by other staff and captain of the boat. No apology no nothing.
Lastly the food included was a mini wrap and one chicken kebab stick which does not justify the price paid in total.

This boat trip was sold to us by jovana who was a delight sadly she wasn’t on our trip specifically but she was amazing!
The boat boarded smoothly and definitely pay for VIP the beds are so comfy and the cava was delish. Charlie was an amazing host and gave us some towels to borrow. The music was great and lasted the duration of the trip there was no foul play or inappropriate behaviour from anyone and some reviews are very misleading!!
Worth the €90 and a free banana boat is included what more could you want! Can’t fault the team or experience don’t let other reviews fool you obviously those individuals had very high standards and bias opinions.

Increíble experiencia,el personal del barco inmejorable, hice parasailing y lo repetiría mil. Veces, muy divertido y emocionante ,montarse en la banana super!! No hay nada q mejorar en mi humilde opinión,Un 10 chic@s!!!!

Hi, we went quite far out but it was smooth. I didn’t think it was worth the extra money, It shows posh drink cups but you get cheap nasty fizz.

This is July 2021 and naturally, all answers are over a year ago. But I am very impressed that you pay staff to stay at home if they have any symptoms. That's a great incentive to be sure staff will do just that and not take a chance with giving it to a large group of people. Anyway, I'm wondering if you are back up and running again and hopefully business going well even if you can't have as many people on board.. Can you provide the link please of the current business site for booking seats?. We will be a group of 4 people. Each one of us are fully vaccinated so we will sit together because I'm going to assume that this time you have a way of doing social distancing. Thanks for any help in advance.
