After a short wait we went through the distillery in a small group of 5 people in German. Since I have never seen how rum is made and with what care the product is handled, the tour was already over after an hour. In the subsequent tasting you had the opportunity to get to know the products better and to distinguish what a difference 17 and 12 years of storage make. I can only recommend this tour, but just not as a tour group through an operator . Attention if you come by car keep left and press the button on the cabinets. This is the parking lot for guests. Don't drive up to the gate.

Basic info before you go:
You encounter a locked gate upon arrival; press the button on the box to be let in
Parking and tickets window are very close to the entrance
Clean restrooms right behind the ticket office
Browse the attractive gift shop before and/or after your tour
The fun stuff:
Spotless and pleasing facility
Multi-lingual tour guides available
You get to see all of the current equipment/processes and an interesting hallway of the company’s history
Adequately staffed gift/bottle shop is attractive with just the right amount of items to choose from
Our favorite part of the experience:
Our tour guide, Pino Ramirez, was wonderful! In addition to leading a comprehensive tour, she was able to answer all of our questions, and did a great job helping us to select our tasting choices at the end of the tour. We were never rushed nor were we ever bored. We learned a lot and had a great time!

Interesting visit to know the history of the arehucas distillery, full visit to the facilities by all processes, end with tasting, there you can improve, they put 8 glasses but you can not clean your mouth between tasting and tasting why they do not offer anything to chop or water to change the flavor, unique but.

We were in the distillery 4 people, the visit is very worth it, lasts about 45 min approximately, then you get a tasting of some of the products, we leave delighted

Very entertaining and interesting visit, our guide lis carla was very nice and friendly, I explain everything very well, the tasting of Ron is very well, visit totally recommended.

A very cool visit if you go to Arucas, my friends and I have had a great time and the visit has been very interesting!!! Guide Lis has been super friendly and explained everything great. A ten!!!

Excellent activity to do in Arucas. The guide Leticia explained the entire process and activity very well, in addition to being very friendly.
Admission costs €7 per person and includes 4 tastings.
A few steps from the city center, highly recommended!

We had read about this and since I am a rum lover, we drove from the south, Mogán, to Arucas. It was an educational tour. And the final tasting was delicious. You were allowed to taste 8 different types of rum. If you wanted to taste the most expensive rums, you pay €7.00 per glass (keep in mind that you still have to drive after this 😂😉)
Afterwards we bought some rum in the shop for ourselves and for the children at home.
It was all worth it!
