      There was no experience as the bus didn’t show at the pick up location. I was waiting for 1 hour and even after calling them, person confirmed they were on the way however no bus came after additional 30min waiting.
      Such a waist of time and money.
      Requested a refund. Will see how will they respond.

      Disappointing trip.
      Great communication and pick up. So that’s a positive. I was disappointed that we didn’t go up Mount Teide as I thought that was the tour. I probably didn’t read it properly but when that’s the name of the tour you kinda think that’s where you are going. Maybe Tenerife hasn’t got a lot of sights to see but in summary we went half way up a volcano, then a shop then a tree and finally a valley. Our guide put the fear of god into us as far as toilets are concerned so most of our stop time was spent queuing unnecessarily for the toilet. Even if you didn’t want to go you felt you had to. I felt we were herded like cattle and I got the impression our guide got a backhander if we all complied and ate where he said to. Personally I don’t want to be crammed into a restaurant and sitting with people who I don’t know and eating a meal I don’t want. Our guide got a bit funny with us when we didn’t comply. We walked around the town where the Dragon tree is and saw so much more.
      Would I recommend this? No. I felt the day was being padded out. Why do I want to go to a road side shop (twice) and stand in toilet queues? I wanted to go to the top of the volcano which is what I thought I had booked.

      Shopping tour

      The really visited attractions are very nice. Be it the Teide, Masca or the other two towns on the north coast.

      What I absolutely disliked is the first stop that just drove us to a shop. I pay for the trip and want to see the sights and not an interchangeable shop. The time for four attractions is already tight. You usually only have half an hour. Then I prefer to spend longer on the Tiede or in Masca and no pointless stop to make some more money. We could have had 10 minutes more in the other places. So we would sometimes be guided very tightly through the villages. Even the targeted spot in Masca had already closed because we were too late.

      Clear recommendation to do the tour on your own. For the money you also get a rental car and can drive to the spots yourself.

      Many thanks for your review. We do stop at coffee shops on route. These shops have clean toilets and available free of charge to us. We have to make these stops by law. The shops hope in return for their kind service that some one may purchase a drink or a trinket. We are sorry that this was not to your liking. It is ok to advise clients to take their own car however you need to take into account that you have to be a superb driver to tackle the Masca road. Our drivers are of the best in the world and driving a bus. This trip is to relax see the sights and take away stress from driving. Enjoy the amazing sights on a volcano. Thank you again and please enjoy the rest of your stay in Tenerife.

      Great time

      It's worth going and exploring the variety of existing places Tenerife has to offer during this relatively short tour.
      Our guide Andrea and the driver José were fantastic, very kind and caring.
      Thank you for that trip !
      The stops were good, mainly 25-30 min but this was enough to catch the essence of the place. The lunch was well organised and good.
      My main worry was regarding the pick up. Although the written sign on the bus was not what we were told through email, the driver and our guide did search for us, and we did find each other despite the 3 other buses there at the same time. So all together, reading that some people were left behind by other companies, not this one !
      Overall a great experience, a must do trip :))

      Teidi Masca tour
      The whole trip was great including the traffic jams on the mountains because of idiots in cars, our driver was great at jumping into the cars and parking them at the side of the road. The trip was very informative, educational, and entertaining.

      Mount Teide (By Hire Car)
      I Visited Mount Teide other day for probably the Eighth time over the years I’ve visited Tenerife and still enjoy the visit and the drive to Mount Teide through the cliff roads etc.
      I used a drone this visit for the first time where there the was a car park few miles down the road from Mount Teide when luckily a pleasant Coach driver who was parked up also waiting for his holiday makers to finish taking pictures etc warned me that can’t use a drone here even though the drone I was using was a DJI-3 Mini (249G) Which I had thought was perfectly legal to use so I put it away straight away (Wasn’t no Signs saying not to use one) The Coach driver said the police would heavily fine anyone using a drone apart from that I would come back in future. (without the drone!)

      Many thanks for your lovely review. It is true. Drones are not to be flied over the National Park. There is information available online for when or where they can or cannot be flown. It is worth checking up before hand. However this is great and informative for other clients thinking of taking their drone on a trip to a volcano. Many many thanks again and please enjoy the rest of your stay here in Tenerife.

      Nice outing with a good guide and driver. Just a shame he doesn't speak French as it is specified at the purchase! Bus stops are made in strategic places to go to the cashier, a little pity.

      A Great day out

      Excellent 9 hour trip with Tony who was a great tour guide , we had non stop information from start to finish and a great recommendation for lunch which turned out to be our best meal of the holiday (17 euro for a glass of wine and a 3 course meal).
      The driver done a fantastic job up those narrow mountain roads.
      Great places to stop for photos and fantastic views.

      It was a great experience, the trip was very detailed. Also the driver, Gwenda, was amazing and drove like a boss!! Was quite a late lunch though at 2:45.
