Excursion vendue par le checkin de l'hôtel costa landmar Los gigantes avec du rêve! Balade en forêt tropicale, baignade sur une magnifique plage, meilleur repas de l'île.... nous avons finalement fait une journée de bus avec de courtes haltes pour prendre des photos. Déception également lors du repas, et guide avec un Français plus proche d'une vache espagnole. Pour 356€ à 4 nous aurions mieux fait de garder la voiture de locatio😮‍💨

Many thanks for your review. However on our product we say nothing about taking a swim nor state that is is the best restaurant on the island. We are sorry to hear your did not enjoy your day, however we do not know who give you this information. La Gomera is a lovely island and it is a coach trip to see it. The meal is standard and it is something to keep you going through this long trip. We do our best to show you as much as we can through the day.

Fin og frodig natur, fint tidsfordriv når været ikke er tilrettelagt for strandliv
Veldig fint og tilrettelagt, organisert opplegg med transport og guide.
To venninner på 27 år, vi var desidert de yngste ombord, så vi skal vel heller vurdere gjentakelse om 30 år.
Men alt i alt, fin øy og fin tur.

Vi bookede en heldags rundtur med Tenerife Tickets Excursiones
94 € pr. Person vi blev afhentet 7.30 tæt på hotellet og hjemme igen 18.30
Øen er rigtig flot utrolig frodig.
Vi blev tvangsindlagt til et foredrag om aloevera cremer. Det blev ikke fortalt da vi købte turen. Men at vi ville få en lækker frokost med god vin. Det var ganske forfærdenlig. En ubestemmelig grøntsagssuppe. Et kyllingestykke med ben. Tre mundfulde kød, 1/2 tallerken ris og lidt kogte grøntsager drysset ud over. En lille bøtte is til dessert. Og en lokal meget tyndbenet rødvin. Vi var inde og tale med et andet sted, hvor samme tur bliver solgt. Og hun anbefalede, at man selv tog mad med. Der bliver man fanget når man køber en heldagstur incl. mad. Det burde de lave om på. Øen er bestemt et besøg værd.

Sympa, mais…
Nous avons apprécié la découverte de cette île et appris quelques éléments intéressants sur son histoire géologique. Cependant, le fait que la visite ait été faite en plusieurs langues (personnellement, je comprenais mieux notre guide en anglais qu’en français) a rendu l’aventure quelque peu soporifique.
Quant au repas du midi, ne vous attendez à rien de spectaculaire, c’est dans l’esprit "cantine".
Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une démonstration de la "langue sifflée".
En résumé, c’était sympathique, mais ça ne valait pas la moitié du prix !

Grüne Insel die mit einem Touristenausflug nicht wirklich zur erkunden ist.

Im Rahmen eines Aufenthalts auf Teneriffa haben wir uns dazu hinreissen lassen eine organisierte Tages-tour dorthin für normalerweise 80€ pro Person zu buchen. Da die Gäste per Bus eingesammelt werden ist es mindestens seine 12h-Tour die aber nur 6h auf La Gomera selber mit mindestens 3h Busfahrt, min. 3h Fähre hin und zurück, sofern nicht die eigentlich offerierte schnelle Katamaranvariante durchgeführt wird und somit die Überfahrt auf 2h reduziert. Die Verkaufsveranstaltung überteuerter Aloe Vera Produkte und die Massenverköstigung (1,5 -2h) wird noch mit einer kurzen Darbietung der gomerischen Pfeiffsprache gekrönt. Ein 45min Film über La Gomera im öffentlich rechtlichen Fernsehen zuvor erklärt besser die Insel. Ergo selber organisieren am besten mit 4 Personen im gut motorisierten Leihwagen (nichts für ängstliche Fahrer) vor Ort und mit der ersten Schnellfähre morgens rüber und spät abends zurück, vielleicht sogar mit Übernachtung und vorher sachkundig machen und planen. Many thanks for the review. Yes it is a long day out. La Gomera is beautiful. Any rented car in Tenerife is not allowed to leave Tenerife. this is why this trip is great. We do try to fit in as much as we can in the hours given.

Poorly organised.
The idea of visiting the island was good however very poorly organised and terrible meal. Ushered onto to tiny bus had to duck to look out windows no room Booked English speaking guide who couldn’t really speak English. Never knew what was going on. Just stopped every now and then. Picked up early and waited outside port for something for an hour. But never knew why. Took our passports and got them back halfway into trip. Stopped at 2 places but restricted I time. Food was appalling rice and a chicken drumstick. Water soup tasted of nothing. Tub of ice cream. I would recommend hiring car and doing it yourself. Paid 80 euros per person which it wasn’t worth so if you do book then

Many thanks for your review. Yes there is a wait for the ferry. Like traveling by plane you have to be there early for check in. The food is typical canarian and yes living here with a Canarian family the soup is very bland. However is is to keep you going as it is a long day out. It is a coach trip and a lot of travelling is involved to reach places of interest. We take thousands of people every year to La Gomera and only a few people do not enjoy it. It is not for every one. We are sorry you did not enjoy the day but we hope you do enjoy the rest of your stay in Tenerife. Many thanks again.

La Gomera-for Nature Lovers
As other reviews say, its a packed Day with limited time. Photo stops on the way. Lunch included. Full your bus. Very pleased we went. The Island is so different than Tenerife, much less tourist. So peacefull.

Not great

The good parts:
- guide she was doing her best to make the trip entertai ing
- her command of 4 languages was impressive
- organization- run on time and all the ferry tickets were correctly booked
- the trip is quite competively priced as the ferry tickets may be very expensive
- gomera is beautiful

The bad:
- the group was huge - about 60 people so not really vovid safe
- old bus not really comfortable
- the guide had to say everything in 4 languages do she was talking all the time - it is wuickly becoming frustrat g
- not enough time in pretty places
- lunch was a joke- wine was a sour red water and meal consisted of potato soup, rice, overcooked veg and overcooked chicken finished by about 50g of mediocre at best ice cream. All impresivelly tasteless. If you are vegetarian you will receive rice and overcooked veg.
- it may seems a good deal but if you have more time keep checking the ferry prices - they fluctuate and book
Directly and then go for a locally organised trip - you will get much more value

Many thanks for your review. Though we will point out. advising people to book direct with the ferry will cost a lot more than the excursion and you would have to find your own way around the island. We have been doing this trip for over 15 years with thousands and thousands of very happy customers. Yes sometimes like with anything it may not be to some ones liking. So we are sorry it was not for you. Please enjoy the rest of your holiday and have a lovely time.

Je suis très déçu
J'ai réservé cette excursion avec getyourguide mais je suis très déçu, j'avais demandé un guide français, mais la guide parlait très mal le français, mais le pire était au retour, quand nous sommes descendu du bateau, nous n'avions pas de bus pour le retour, elle a demandé aux chauffers sur le parking si l'un d'entre eux pouvaient nous déposer à notre hôtel, après 35 minutes de recherche un chauffeur se propose de nous déposer.
Finalement nous avons mis 1h30 pour faire 25km.
