I've used this company before and knew they were a great company. Picked up at the hotel and brought to the shop where I'd hired out a bianchi. Provided with water and gels and provided with a locker for my gear. Bike was perfect. Did the tour of Masca with the guide and another fantastic
experience. Breathtaking scenery and a hell of a route. Not for the novice for sure. Can't say a bad thing about anyone here. They're a cracking company and believe me I'm a fussy blighter when it comes to my bike. Hopefully see you again in the future. Cheers for the memory

Did Masca Tour on Wednesday 19 February 2020 with Bike Experience Tenerife. Great day out on bike. Very professional. Collected from and brought back to hotel. High quality bike - Bianchi Sprint fitted out with full 22 speed Ultegra groupset. Our guide for the day was very knowledgable and helpful. He looked after us very well. Tour itself was very challenging but very rewarding. The Masca climb is extremely difficult and the descent is hair raising. Bike Experience Tenerife are great at their job and I would highly recommend them. Friendly and approachable staff. 10 out of 10. Brilliant

We are glad to know that it was so enjoyable and rewarding for you. Masca is indeed a very challenging tour but those landscapes really worth it.

I spent a fantastic day with Ago today. First of all I‘d like to give BikeExperience credit for doing the tour in the first place: low season and I ended up being the only guest. Lucky me! Ago could (and did!) customize everything for me: we did the tour clockwise (i.e. Masca first), speed/wattage and stops were all just right. Ago doubled as personal photographer and was just all around a delightful person to spend the day with. Of course he was also a careful rider, great signaling and very polite to car drivers. Highly recommended: I would/will definitely ride with BikeExperience and preferably Ago again
