Great whale watching experience

Great to go on a boat with two very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides and only 9 other clients. We saw plenty if dolphins and whales and the guides were very careful to not disturb them.

Wonderful experience in a small group. The guides were great, gave a lot of explanation and really cared about the animals and their environment. Highly recommended!

Kæmpe oplevelse.

Nok en af de største oplevelser vi har været med på.
Uden tvivl den største oplevelse og var alle pengene værd.
Vi så masser af hvaler kæmpe hvaler vi så delfiner, marsvin, skildpadder, flyvefisk og nok 4-5 forskellige hvaler arter.
Dette ikke kun på afstand men helt tæt på.
Turen kan kun varmt anbefales.

Een prachtige ervaring.

We hebben een geweldige middag gehad. We waren met een kleine groep en de crew was zeer enthousiast. We kregen een uitgbreide uitleg over de dieren die in zee leven en ook tijdens de trip werd veel over de dieren verteld. Er is veel respect voor de dieren, de motor wordt stopgezet als we dieren zien, we haalden wat plastic uit de zee en konden naar de dolfijnen luisteren. We hebben een walvis, verschillende soorten en groepen dolfijnen en een schildpad gezien. Het was heel bijzonder en we hebben genoten.

Amazing experience

Only went with these guys cause of the reviews and they definitely didn’t disappoint! The whole time we felt really comfortable and we’re kept up to date with where we were going and very knowledgeable about the animals. Would definitely recommend to anyone to go with these guys

Whales, Dolphins & Turtles
My wife and I just spent a fabulous 3 hour morning trip with the team and in total there were 8 passengers. We chose Eco due to reviews and the intimate group and Jon and Nuria’s (?) knowledge (what they don’t know about cetaceans and the area isn’t worth knowing) The boat is used for research and tours so we’re we’re able to get close without stressing the animals. We saw Dolphins, Loggerhead Turtles and Pilot Whales (calves and mothers). Unfortunately the males were deep feeding so no ‘big blows’. Snacks and drinks supplied on board. Some of the tours boats are huge with 50-100 people on board but we found the Eco experience wonderful due to the small group size. What a fabulous morning. Do it!

Great whale watching and educational
Had a wonderful 3 hour tour. Small boat, 9 customers (we were 3), with a guide and a captain. Guide was very passionate and engaging; full of knowledge of the marine life and ecosystem. We saw several groups of pilot whales, a large pod of dolphins came and played with the boat a while. Highly recommend!

Whale and dolphin viewings with Atlantic eco experience
The company was very friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was small so it was a personalised experience. Really nice and worth it in particular with the company we used, Atlantic eco experience.

Sea, sun and Whales
Excellent all-round experience. Met punctually by the skipper to marine biologist, and were lucky enough to be part of a small group of only four people. We went on the 9:30 trip, which had the benefit of calm waters and very few other boats, competing for the attention of the wildlife.

Small 20 foot rib as opposed to very large catamaran with dozens of people on it.

We were fortunate enough to see several families of pods of pilot whales (close up), bottlenose dolphins, and a loggerhead turtle.

We also saw several Portuguese men-of-war and jellyfish. All in all a great experience and we felt it had minimal impact on the animals

Would definitely recommend this trip with this company as it’s small scale and felt reasonably exclusive. 👍
