We were looking for a private tour that would combine a visit to Mount Teide as well as a stop in La Laguna. We selected One Day in Tenerife because Felix would customize our tour at a reasonable cost. We were delighted with our tour and the pictures Felix took of us during the day. We were picked up at the cruise ship port in a comfortable and clean van and swiftly transported up to the peak. In transit, Felix gave us detailed information about Tenerife and the surrounding islands' history, geography, geology and so much more. He let us experience La Laguna at our leisure. Overall, he was a wonderful informative guide and it was an amazing experience that we would very highly recommend.

At our guide’s recommendation, we began our tour with a 7:30 pickup which was a brilliant suggestion. Felix, our guide, provided an informative commentary on the fauna, geomorphology and geology as each changed with increased elevation or location. On what would later be a very busy Sunday, we nearly had the Park to ourselves. It was wonderful.

Felix was a great guide - informative, easy to relate to and communicate with, answered all our questions, took our interests into account during the tour, and gave us unique experiences on the two half days that we spent with him. We felt like we experienced the very best of Tenerife.

Hemos subido al pico del Teide en familia, y hemos pasado un día fenomenal, nuestro guía Felix, ha sido en todo momento un encanto, explicando, animando en la subida, haciéndonos fotos y gracias a eso hemos disfrutado mucho la experiencia. Sin duda repetiremos, la logística y la información previa y posterior ha sido muy buena. Y hemos recibido las fotos de todo el día al momento. Los niños encantados.

The whole area of volcanic rock around the mountain peak, known as the Caldera, is a fantastic sight to behold. Advice- check the weather forecast before arranging the trip there because if it is in a cloud, as often occurs around the mountain peak, I imagine you will not see much.
We stopped at the level of the Caldera in marked parking areas and did not venture further up towards the peak on the cable lift (which has a cost), and we were told it was not allowed to clamber up beyond the cable lift to the very top of the peak.
There was no sign of current volcanic activity.

Superb tour of Teide National Park with Felix and Oditen Tours. We could not have been better attended to given the tour was a very last minute booking (entirely my fault) and we were so fortunate Felix was available. The tour of the area: started with forest on the way up to the caldera of the volcano(s), and the entire National Park was incredible. Felix is very accommodating and made us feel most welcome. My incessant questions and curiosity from being in such a varied and fascinating topography, very different from what one would expect being on an island, was met with incredible knowledge and passion for this jewel of a park (UNESCO Heritage Site). Felix is a true professional who made the trip informative and memorable.
Highly recommended for experiencing this incredible island and all its varied offerings!

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce guide !
Le guide avait pris des photos de notre groupe. Il nous avait promis qu'il nous les enverrai par mail. Nous ne les avons jamais reçu, même après plusieurs relances. Du coup, aucune photo de notre groupe ! Et pour combler le tout, nous avions pris une extension pour manger des produits locaux dans un restaurant et là, grosse déception. Je rappelle, c'était le guide qui avait choisi le restaurant. C'était la pire gargotte que je n'avais jamais vu. Le patron très sale et le restaurant n'en parlons pas... Aucune table de dressée ! Le patron nous amène 4 verres et une mini carafe de vin. Le vin, c'était du vinaigre ! Nous demandons à notre guide de nous ramener au point où il nous avez chargé. Et pendant tout le trajet du retour, ça a été histoire sans paroles. Le guide ne nous a plus adressé la parole.
Un conseil à vous donner, ne réserver pas avec ce guide.

Je suis désolé, comme j'ai mis dans l'e-mail que les photos ne sont pas arrivées, mais ce n'est rien de plus qu'une déférence que nous avons avec les clients. Pas une obligation contractuelle de l'excursion.
En ce qui concerne la proposition de nourriture locale, malheureusement, cela ne correspondait pas à son idée et il s'est rendu directement au point de départ / d'arrivée, sans frais supplémentaires, car les clients sont toujours libres de choisir de rester ou non, et c'est la première fois ils disent quelque chose comme ça de l'endroit, mais évidemment, il y a des avis de toutes sortes et leur décision de ne pas y rester a été respectée.
Sinon, je ne pense pas qu'il y ait une autre plainte, et tout ce qui est mentionné dans la réservation a été fait.
La chance est que personne n'a jamais parlé négativement de cet endroit où tant d'autres clients sont allés auparavant, mais nous ne pouvons pas connaître, d'emblée, les exigences minimales de ceux qui réservent l'extension à la nourriture locale.
Nous pouvons tous échouer, et il semble que ce fut le cas pour vous, selon votre vision particulière.

Felix was a top notch tour guide. He was very friendly, punctual, communicative, and VERY knowledgeable on the park and geology, as well he told us a lot about his island. We also felt very safe riding with him. We would recommend him highly to other travelers.

It was an awesome tour from beginning to end. Felix was a fabulous tour guide and provide us with much information about what we were viewing and a bit of the history of the island. All our communications with him were excellent with prompt replies to our innumerable emails before we left. We would highly recommend this company and hopefully you would get Felix as your guide. Thank you so very much Felix for a wonderful experience in Tenerife!

Great tour! We had bad weather coming but we were still treated to a great tour, excellent food and lots of insights of the surrounding area. Very professional! Clean car and we left and arrived on time! Highly recommend!!
