I expected them to tell me things about the cathedral, details of the construction, height of the inner domes, something about the towers etc....
The only thing they told us was the story of the Virgin and that the cathedral is dedicated to her.
Then a light show on the altar, which is left over and does not paint anything, and becomes heavy.For the price we pay we feel scammed.
I don't recommend it at all,

Santi Paniego was an excellent guide. He gave us an excellent explanation inside the Cathedral and then in the city center. Also information about gastronomy. Additionally, he was accessible for questions and recommendations outside of his hours. Highly recommended.

Today we visited the cathedral of Burgos with Bianca, who accompanied my 10-year-old son and me for two hours. I must say that the visit has been wonderful: Blanca is educational, patient with children and passionate about her work. It is also truly a wealth of knowledge about the history of the cathedral. We would have liked to stay two more hours with her in the cathedral. Thank you very much Bianca!! My son is still dreaming, he loved it!!

We have been able to visit, with the help of Blanca, our guide, the Charterhouse of Our Lady of Miraflores and also the Cathedral of Santa María and we have been captivated by so much beauty and works of art that we would hardly have been able to interpret and understand without the entertaining explanations. and the pleasant treatment of our guide. We hope to return soon to visit many other places of interest with Blanca. Thank you very much from all four of us. Punctuality, attention to all of us, kindness... A perfect bridge to transfer the culture of Burgos to outsiders like us.
