At 5PM on the day before our scheduled tour, the captain of our ship said that the weather was too bad to dock in Mykonos. I immediately called the tour operator to inform them we would not be docking and so could not go on the tour. Their answer--NO REFUND. Even though it was not our choice, but unsafe according to the HAL captain. NO REFUND
I suggest you find another company to take you on a tour of Mykonos.
Trip advisor did offer us a 1/2 refund.

We were a group of 14 from Malaysia on our company trip.Really had a good outing with our guide Gloria and driver Marcelo. They took very good care of us. Will definitely come back and use them again. Score would be 10 out of 10 to the both of them.

We traveled to Spain in November 2019 and went to Girona and Costa Brava tour with Explore Catalunya . The tour was well organized. The service of Explore Catalunya is very good. Their tour guides are excellent, very patient and very knowledgeable. Tour guides Mr. Jordi was very good guide and were very helpful. The driver Mr. Mike was very polite and courteous.

Anna was our guide for the day. She was very friendly and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend this tour! Also we had perfect weather for the day! The beach walk was spectacular!!!

This tour was excellent. Highly recommend the company. They were very helpful and willing to move our tour when 2 members of our group fell ill the night before the tour. Thank you!! We enjoyed the tour and our guide was excellent (thanks Anna!).

My husband and I had a beautiful day on this tour! Our guide Jordi was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great sense of humor! Everything on the trip went very smooth. The pace of the tour was also quite relaxing. We saw lots of different things but we weren't too exhausted at the end of the day. Highly recommend it!

Such a great tour, Rodrigo our guude was full of information and knew so much about the 3 towns we visited. He was just lovely and looked after us well. Girona, Pals and Costa Bravo are amazing and beuatiful. We had the most wonderful time - highly, highly recommended.

I had the most AMAZING day on this tour. Jordie our guide was fun, informative, helpful, friendly and most of all a font of history about the areas we visited and the Catalonian people. Girona was an eye opener, with it’s cobbled laneways, stone buildings, ramparts, walls and history Jordi guided us around part of the town, filling us in on the history and then recommend areas to go in our free time in the town, which was excellent. Personally I think he went out of his way to make sure we saw as much as we could and to experience the ambiance. The next town was Pals. A stunning, ancient town on the top of the hill. Again, Jordi gave us a lot of background info and left us Yu explore in the short time we had there. The suggestion of if you were late back to the bus, you got to “shout” everyone a Cava, was a fun one! Last but certainly not least was Calella de Palafrugell! My first glimpse of the Mediterranean! We had the time here to have a leisurely lunch ( I had to try the seafood paella in squid ink ) Superb! I also had the opportunity to swim in the Mediterranean, for the first time!!!😁 I had the most AMAZING time and can’t thank Jordi enough!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company and tour. Many many thanks.
