The trip was good. The immersive tour is excellent. However, I missed visiting the stadium , locker rooms etc since the stadium is being renovated

We paid $490.00 CAD for a private tour of Camp Nou. The tour was advertised as including the museum, the stadium, going onto the pitch, and the dressing rooms. When we arrived at Camp Nou the tour guide told us that the stadium was under construction. She said we should have been informed by email. We advised her at the start of the tour that we were not informed so she called Julia Travel. Julia Travel advised her that we have to contact Trip Advisor for a partial refund since that is who we booked the tour through. We continued with a tour of the museum only, as that was the only thing we were able to do. As soon as the tour finished we emailed trip advisor who tried to contact Julia Travel. We were told the advertisement stated that Camp Nou was under construction so we would not be getting a refund. We told them we booked this several months in advance so while the advertisement may indicate that now, it did not when we booked. We received another email back basically saying they reviewed everything and we would not be getting a refund. If you google Julia Tours they have 2-3 star ratings on other websites. I wouldn’t waste your money. Go with another company that is more reputable.

It saddens me to learn that the private tour didn't live up to your expectations,
Please bear in mind, as soon as the constructions Works were published, all agencies were informed about the changes on the itinerary, on Viator’s website the description for this private tour indicates that the stadium is under constructions Works:
‘Due to works taking place at the stadium, it is only possible to enter into the FC Barcelona Museum’

My husband enjoyed being on site as a Barca fan. He didn't think paying for the private tour was worth it. It appeared that he didnt go into any areas that others had no access to. The guide was really nice though with hotel pick-up.

We were very excited about our private tour of Camp Nou with a club member. As it turns out we were shown around by a members granddaughter. We saw and did nothing that could not have been achieved buying a tour ticket from the stadium. If we had purchased the audio tour for 35 Euros we could have had the virtual 3D experience too. As far as we could see everyone gets to sit in the press box, walk along the field, visit the away team dressing room and walk through the tunnel. The chance to have your picture taken was open to all also. We were very disappointed to have spent over $200 to find we could have done the same thing for 70Euro.

Our tour guide Daniel made this experience extremely enjoyable. It was our first trip to Spain so we specifically selected the guided tour and we are so glad we did. Daniel was prompt picking us up at our hotel. He did not drive us to Camp Nou but instead we took the metro. We are so glad we did because we got to experience taking the metro. We ended up using it throughout our remaining vacation in Barcelona because it is so easy, fast and cheap.
Once at Camp Nou, Daniel took us throughout the museum and stadium showing us every step of the way about the stadium and the team’s history, players and coaches. We are super fans of Barca. We thought we new a lot, but immediately figured out Daniel was phenomenal with all his knowledge. There were visitors with headphones listening to a voice recording but for us engaging in a conversation, and asking questions of our guide Daniel was well-worth the money.
Once at Camp Nou, Daniel took us throughout the museum and stadium showing us every step of the way about the stadium and the team’s history, players and coaches. We are super fans of Barca. We thought we new a lot, but immediately figured out Daniel was phenomenal with all his knowledge. There were visitors with headphones listening to a voice recording but for us engaging in a conversation, and asking questions of our guide Daniel was well-worth the money.

Don’t do it - instead book your own VIP ‘Players Experience Tour’ directly with BFC - it’s cheaper and you get VIP tour and access to all areas including walking on the field and sitting in the coaches box.
I would not recommend this tour company or this tour. The tour guide himself was informative and friendly. We paid a premium (150 euro per person) for this tour expecting a premium experience - it fell well short of expectations with hotel pickup (public transport) and general admission ticket (valued at 30 Euro) with limited access to areas.

Everything good, timing good, good communication and information. My only comment is that was overpriced for the activity. Only one way transportation included, for the price should include the return as well.

We go to lloret on June 24 for a week how much is the tour please and also will we get to see inside the stadium and have photos taken if the ground is being renovated

Hi Czcheri - same answer as Barcafan4777 - they do not let you walk on the pitch (on the edge only) or let you in the Barca locker room.

Hi - is the 3 hour tour a full tour of the stadium? We are driving in to Barcelona for the day and don't need a tour of other landmarks. Also - does the tour take us to the players area, the locker rooms and the walking on the soccer field?
