Phil was a great guide, really informative and answered all of our questions about Barcelona and living there. We’ve used segways before so we were up and out in no time.

Wow! What a disgrace! Booked via trip advisor- was then informed by the operator they are short staffed and cannot provide service within an hour of our start time!
Then had to spend over an hour to get refund which will go in, in the next 3-7 working days!
When I shared my disappointment- I was told ‘these things happen!’
Thanks for nothing! Avoid this company!

We apologize for not being able to receive you on the tour and the hour you booked via TripAdvisor, our main goal is the total satisfaction of our customers and to provide a positive experience. Beside the bookings received from our website, we do work with several Online Travel Agencies and sometimes may happen an overbooking if last minute reservations come from different websites at the same time. We are really sorry for all inconveniences.
If you return to Barcelona please contact us directly and we will give to you a special discount on the tour price. Our tour guides whose knowledge and experience will make sure you see the best that the city has to offer.

We arrived BCN on the date with massive rallies. Most of the shops incl the St Joseph Marker was closed. Lucky that we have joined this tour. Our tour guide Elisa has done an excellent job in redesign our tour route map in order to get away from the crowd and still able to see the Gaudi attractions. Elisa not only provide good information of history of these attractions, she also took many great pictures for us. This tour is unforgettable and I truly recommend visitors to join this tour.

Il Tour di gaudì con segway con Ilaria è stata proprio una favolosa esperienza sia per mio figlio 15enne che per me. Ilaria eccellente guida, preparata, non noiosa. il tour in segway è divertente, giovanile, un modo veloce di vedere le principali attrazioni di Gaudì, lo rifarei e lo consiglierei assolutamente
