Hike down to the beach was enjoyable. Lots of interesting local fauna and flora knowledge.
You then head off in your kayaks. 2 per kayak and if you haven't done it before it's hard work but doable. We stopped off in a little cove and had the chance to swim and cliff jump. Both excellent and definitely give the jump a go. When you get back to the beach you have 1.5 hours to yourself.

It was a great trip; we really enjoyed our time. Our guide Stepan was so friendly and he gave us a lot of facts and informations about the area and our plan. The group was limited which was nice; the kayaking was fun as well as the cliff jumping and the hike.Highly recommended

This was a fabulous day long excursion. After about an hour's drive we started with a hike down a pathway from a bluff down to the beach. Our guide Stepan was very knowledgeable and pointed out rosemary bushes and cork trees etc. along the way. The views of the ocean were breathtaking during the whole walk. After we arrived at the beach, we were setup with lifejackets and kayaks, did some stretching exercises and got instructions on how to paddle and maneuver. We explored the entire bay and then went into some narrower areas with cliffs all around. At this point we tied up the kayaks and had the chance to jump off of 2 cliffs! He also brought masks and snorkels and the water was crystal clear. After we returned to the beach we had 90 minutes of free time so we had a quick lunch at the beach and then went swimming again. The whole day was fun, adventurous and enjoyable!

Perfect way for our family to see some of Costa Brava from Barcelona. The views and area were so beautiful.
The kayaking was more difficult than we expected due to a windy day but manageable with Stepan’s guidance and help. Expect a workout if double kayaking with younger kids (our boys are 6 & 8).
Would recommend.

Stepan was an amazing guide and took such care with our group! He had water bottles, gave us safety instructions for kayaking, and assisted in the cliff diving. He provided great recommendations for restaurants after kayaking and had such a knowledge of the town!
It was such an unforgettable experience! This is a must do activity if you have a day and want to explore outside of the city. Thank you, Stepan, for this experience and I couldn’t be happier that you were our guide.

Stepan led us on an amazing hike, sharing his knowledge of the beautiful coastal area, plants, and wildlife along the way. Once on the beach, he helped us with kayaking basics, then led us around the gorgeous coastline, where we were able to swim, snorkel, and cliff dive. Stepan pointed out wildlife and even spotted an octopus for us!! This was an unforgettable experience on the Mediterranean with a fantastic tour guide!! Stepan made this trip safe and enjoyable for all - highly recommend!!

Stepan was a great guide. We went with our 10yo, 8yo and 5yo. Extremely professional, polite and thoughtful. The drive to Costa Brava was safe and easy. He offered opportunities for breaks and made sure everyone had water and what they needed. He clearly communicated the day step-by-step on the drive up. The hike and kayaking were stunning!!! Our family and the group had an amazing time! Thanks Stepan and World Adventour!!

We were on the very early end of the season and therefore the coast was a bit chilly and windy - that didn’t stop us from hiking, paddling, swimming, and exploring.
Stepan is extremely professional and had our itinerary timed out perfectly. We were never rushed, but at the same time never waiting for the next part of the adventure.
We were 1 adult and 2 teenagers from the States and everyone did just fine with the level of activity - even with some serious wind on parts of the coast making the paddling a pretty decent arm workout.
It was a great break from the city. We saw so much, learned a ton about the culture and nature around us, and enjoyed a new part of the country. It was certainly our family’s favorite part of our Barcelona trip.

If we could give this 6 stars, we would! What an amazing day trip from Barcelona, every bit of the excursion was excellently planned and we were smiling at every turn. Stephan went above and beyond and personalized the trip to fit our needs and interests. We especially enjoyed the cliff jumping (felt completely safe) and the snorkeling/swimming in the crystal clear water. Recommend this to any adventure seeking travelers, or people hoping to get out of the city bubble for an action packed day. Thank you Stephan for (for sure) one of the highlights of our trip.

We enjoyed all the extras that weren't on the itinerary: 30 minute guided nature walk along the coast; 10 minutes of yoga prior to paddling; safety instructions and some basic kyacking tips. The paddling was great along the coast and we had a chance to swim which we enjoyed
