I will never ever book a private one-way service from the airport to my hotel again. These days flight delays that occcur on the day of your filight is not uncommon. Travelers have no control over the situation. This company was not willing to make adjustments to my pickup time and refused to refund my money. I lost $89.00. As it turned out, cab service in Barcelona was excellent and cost only $42.00. Use this service at your own risk.

Do not book! Terrible experience. They showed up at airport, looked at our bags, took a picture and walked away without saying a word. Later the driver messaged me that I wasted his time. Awful experience , Transerz- you could’ve offered to help us or provide alternate assistance, but walking away and leaving a family at the airport is bad. We honestly thought he was returning to help, but no- he left.

We would like to inform that we have investigated what happened with your service,
After reviewing all the evidence, we noticed that the service purchased allows 3 suitcases, but unfortunately a minibus was necessary to carry 8 pieces of luggage.
We are afraid to inform that due to security reasons, only the trunk can be used to carry passenger's luggage, and Sedan does not have the space for 8 pieces of luggage.

Driver DID NOT show up. We had to call Customer Support and a woman call want us to go wait at the taxi line. Finally taxi driver show and after more than an hour wait

Our driver greeted us as we exited from picking up our luggage, helped with the luggage and got us to our hotel in a very timely fashion while telling us about Barcelona as it was our first visit.

The driver was polite, easy to communicate with, we find each other very quickly. I was a little bit concern because this is a big airport, but everything went well.

Our driver was very patient even though our plane and luggage were delayed. overall this service was very easy and convenient to use! We would definitely use it again.
