Spoke to a lady with a clipboard who said we had to wait an hour, then after sitting in the only coffee place she said we need to go now our bus is leaving in 10 mins. We then queued to be qr coded on by the driver. It then took 2 hours to get to our hotel that was 30 miles away. There was a high pitched noise on the coach the whole journey. After being told we were getting collected at 6.30pm for a midnight flight We decided to get a taxi to the airport and it took 36mins and €75 for 8 of us, we had a lovely evening meal and a taxi at 9pm to the airport 👌

I think it’s brilliant for the price. My transfer to the hotel was nice and had leather seats. I’m not sure what all the hates about.

Worst coach ride of my life, we went back on ourselves the whole way. People were being sick on the coach due to the awful driving, I’ve never felt so sick in my life. The driver kept missing peoples stop offs and therefore had to go back. Driver was also sighing, had no care for the fact he’d missed everyone’s stops. We were advised online this would be a 1hour45minute transfer time, it took 3 hours. To put this into perspective our hotel was only 30 minutes drive from the airport. Avoid! Pay extra for private taxi.

Catastrophic, really avoid them like the plague. Staff completely lost, a bus late, with holes and stains on the seats, if you can't find the bus number it's normal it's noted on the bodywork in a blue bic pencil...
Let's not talk about the return, delay of more than two hours forced to order a taxi to get our plane, no email warning that there was a delay. I strongly advise against it!

Avoid our hotel was 27 minutes from the airport after waiting for the driver at least a hour to fill the bus we were off. 2 and a half hours to get to our hotel the driver didn't speak English and wasn't very clear about which hotel he was stopping for! Get a taxi much less stress

Reception at the airport was good.
Long wait on the bus for other passengers. A normally 30 minute drive to our hotel ended up taking 2.5 hours!!! We also canceled the return trip and arranged transport to the airport at our own expense.

Totally s**t. Had to wait 2 hours after landing for transfer with little baby in stinky bus and non-English speaking bus driver.

Using those services is not only terrible but can even be dangerous, here's why:
First we had to wait for 2,5 hrs for the from2 representative to gather people from other, delayed planes - within that time they could've easily get us to the hotel but that would require two trips and they didn't want to waste money on gas. They promised that we will be transported first due to how long we waited but that turned out to be a lie - the bus driver ignored that agreement and left us for the end, prolonging our transfer even more.
But that's not the worst part: at some point the driver (speaking only spanish, obviously) stopped at a secluded bus station, miles away from our destination and started urging us out of the bus, claiming we will have another one in 10 minutes. Only after a strong resistance from the passangers left on the bus he agreed to take us to the hotels. Should we have listened to him, we would be left with all our baggage (and some people with little kids), in the late evening, few dozen miles from our hotels with no guarantee there actually will be a bus for us.
We have never experienced something like that and to say this is a low quality service would be an understatement

Na alle negatieve reacties gelezen te hebben was ik erg nerveus voor onze transfer met from2travel. Eindstand was dit absoluut niet nodig!
Aangekomen op Barcelona airport moet ik wel eerlijk zeggen dat de office erg lastig te vinden is en de busstops waar je wordt heen gestuurd ook. Je bent een eind aan het lopen voordat je er bent.
We hebben niet lang hoeven wachten op onze bus en iedereen (op een aantal na) werd netjes voor hun hotel afgezet. De buschauffeur was een beetje nors maar vrij vriendelijk. De airco in de bus is erg fijn.
De terugweg ging ook helemaal prima. We werden stipt optijd op het afgesproken punt opgehaald (wij verbleven in Malgrat de Mar) en waren binnen 1,5 uur op het vliegveld. Hij gaf netjes aan bij welk terminal we stopten zodat je niet verkeerd zou uitstappen.
Je hebt ook een mooi uitzicht vanuit de bus en ziet veel leuke plekjes tijdens de rit.
Ik ben zeer tevreden!
