A Perfect Day in the Rioja!

Carl and I had the best day with Roberto and Rebeca! Before the day even ended, we knew we wanted to come back and do another tour with them! They are sweet and know the region very well! We learned so much and our memories of the day, along with the exquisite wines of the Rioja are etched into our hearts and memories! We had requested a specific winery that we wanted to visit and Rebeca made that happen for us so the trip was even more special! Could not have wished for better! Thank you so much Roberto and Rebeca!! Until our next trip to Spain!!!!

Best Wine Tour

The best wine tour we’ve ever been on! They did a great job at bringing us to unique wineries that showed us the breadth of the Rioja region. Can’t recommend enough!

IF YOU LOVE WINE, YOU'LL LOVE THIS EXPERIENCE

My husband & I recently spent a few days in La Rioja Wine Region. We are from South Australia and love our wines. We wanted to learn more about Spanish wines in a fun and interesting way. The Full Day Rioja Like A Native Wine Tour ticked all the boxes. It was the highlight of our time in Rioja and essential to getting an amazing insight into the local wines and wine making process. A thoroughly memorable and enjoyable day. A big thank you to our tour operators, Rebeca and Robert, for making this all possible.

Best Wine Tour Ever!

My wife and I love wine and we’ve done wine tours all around the world, but this was our favorite tour ever! Rebecca and Peter are very knowledgeable about wine, but made the experience enjoyable for wine enthusiasts of all levels in our group tour. The entire day was great a great experience filled with delicious learning about the rich history of wine making in Rioja. Visiting multiple vineyards and having lunch in LaGuardia were experiences we will never forget. The last stop/tasting of the day was a surprise treat that capped off a perfect day. I highly recommend this tour!

Great Rioja Tour!

Great tour! Rebeka picked us up at the hotel, and we visited a number of great locations. First, we checked out wine caves and learned how wine had been made several hundred years ago. From there we then went to a newer winery and learned about barrels and how they impact taste, and even made our own little mixes. We then did a blind taste test, which was a lot of fun! Lunch was good and Rebeka was a great guide, as was her husband Robert. Overall great time and very fun and informative experience!

Best wine tour and tour guide ever

We can’t say enough great things about this tour and mostly about Rebeca. She is fun and knowledgeable and a fantastic historian. This tour was one of the highlights of our entire trip. I hgighly recommend spending this day with Rebeca!

Definitely do this!

Most fun day with hospitable,knowledgeable hosts. Diversity of wineries made this a fun trip for novice or a connoisseur. Beautiful scenery.
History, enology and
Natural history combined with host’s lighthearted joking and teasing made the day go buy very quickly (as did generous pours). Do the all day tour. Well worth the price and the time, this is my favorite thing we did in Spain.

Excellent, interesting and informative Day

The day was exactly what we were expecting, very interesting and informative, we really learnt a significant amount about the Rioja region and the wine produced there, I now have an idea what I am buying and drinking. Rebeca and Robert are interesting and passionate hosts. I would strongly recommend this trip if you want to understand more about the region and wine produced there

Amazing Day of Wine Tasting

We had an amazing day visiting a few wineries that we would have otherwise missed. We had a few days in Longrono and wanted to visit a few wineries. Rebeca took us on our tour and was very knowledgeable about the wines and the region.
I would highly recommend taking a tour with Rioja Like a Native Wine Tours.

Rioja experience not to be missed

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip! We knew we were red wine lovers but this tour made us fall in love with the Rioja wine region. We were blessed with stunning weather the day of our tour and enjoyed the rolling valleys of the vines as we were driven around. Rebeca was super lovely to communicate with via whatsapp and email and we were glad we were able to meet her on the day. Robert was our driver for guide and imparted his knowledge of the region to us through out the day. We were fortunate enough to taste wines straight from the barrel on a family run as well as wine straight from a vat in an underground cave. Everything was delicious and we felt we were getting the true tastes of the region.
I have coeliac disease and had let Rebeca know at the booking and I was very grateful to be given gluten free food at both lunch and the dried meats offering.
This is truly a unique experience and is now a treasured memory. We're so appreciative of the hard work Rebeca and Robert have done to create such a wonderful showcasing of the area.
