行程太紧凑了，每一站的停留就是不停的走 英语、西语旅客放同一台车，又都是西语的导游双语不停的讲，浓浓的西语腔讲英文，连老外都还得再问一次集合的时间! 付费的午餐，猪腥味太重，５岁以下儿童免费可以理解，但是跟餐厅要菜单加点也不给。

我在Julia Travel 参加了两个团,一个是阿维拉赛哥维亚一日团，一个是托雷多半日游，到现场发现半日的取消直接帮我免费升级一日游，满好的。 托雷多一日游的导游的英文比较没有口音很好懂而且也带的很好。

This was a quick overview of the various sights in Madrid. The guide was OK - her attitude on that day seemed as if she didn't want to be there. This was a good, quick easy way to see many sites in a couple of hours.

We took this tour having done a self directed visit two years ago. Although only 90 minutes the tour hit many key masterpieces. Isabella gave us a special tour.

Madrid was made more special because of our Skip-the-Line Prado Museum Tour! The lady tour guide of Julia Travel is very adept and so well-informed of the vast artwork in the museum. Unforgettable tour really! We felt so special!

The tour by bus was as promised giving a good orientation of Madrid but the Prado tour with the guide Carmen was outstanding We learned more in the 2 hours than a college art appreciation class of many years ago

The first part of this tour was not so good. We were on a nice air conditioned bus but you couldn’t see anything out the windows. We also stopped at 3 of the strangest places - not the places you typically think of when you think of Madrid. We had a bilingual tour and it took me a while to adjust to her switching between both languages. She also seemed very irritated, annoyed and was very dry and matter of fact - like she didn’t enjoy giving city tours. There were also about 60 people on this part of the tour so there was no chance to ask questions. This all changed however when we got to the Prada Museum. Art is obviously Carmen’s passion and she came alive during this part of the tour. Her explanation of the masterpieces we saw was excellent. She told us so many things about the artists and their work that really made the art come alive. My recommendation is to just do the Prada Museum tour and ask for Carmen - Skip the rest and opt for a smaller tour of the city’s highlights.

La visita por Madrid ha Sido muy buena. Nuestra guía Marta muy amable y clara con la información. La visita al Prado un desastre. En principio por la guía, Isabel. Una persona desagradable y con mal trato. No atendió nuestro pedido de una silla de ruedas para una señora que no puede caminar. No espero 3 minutos, que fue lo que demoró la silla en llegar, para comenzar la excursión. Y mientras, hacía comentarios desagradables. Nos terminamos yendo, sin hacer la excursión. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Julia Travel is a large well run tour guide service. Beautiful buses and knowledgeable guides. We found the best part of the tour was The Prado. You may be able to appreciate a painting for it’s beauty but it takes an expert to explain everything the artist was conveying.

Does the Prado tour cover Guarnica? or can you recommend a tour that does cover it? I am in Madrid only 1/2 day Sept 16 and all day Sept 17 and like the idea of a city sightseeing plus guided Prado tour.

I believe Guernica is at the Sofia Reina Museum.
The Prado is amazing and I wouldn’t miss it or the Thyssen which is across the street.
