Outstanding Tour thanks to Khan

2 UNESCO World heritage cities in one day was an amazing trip from Madrid.
Loved the amazing walled city of Avila and University Town of Salamanca.
I loved the mix of old city and new city in Salamanca.

As mentioned in the title, the tour was extra special due to our great tour guide Khan who was fluently bilingual in English and Spanish and gave equal time to both sets of Tourists. Highly recommended if you have 2-3 days in Madrid !!!

Excursión a Salamanca y Ávila

Tanto guía (Khan) como chófer (Sobrino) excelentes, gran calidad humana. Las explicaciones del guía estuvieron cargadas de datos interesantes.
Lo único que recrimino es el precio de la excursión (contraté por CIVITATIS), pues me parece que no está justificado.

Amazing Tour Guides: Ignacio and Irene

Took this tour on 7th Jan. Started on time at 7:45 and reached Madrid at around 6:30. Our guide Ignacio and the driver Irene were the best. Ignacio was very knowledgeable and friendly. Such a gentleman. Gave us enough time in both locations and taught us a lot about the two cities. Irene took good care of us driving smoothly throughout the long distances (approx 450 km roundtrip). Will recommend to everyone.

Thanks to both Ignacio and Irene, I have made lots of fond memories of two beautiful cities in Spain.

Visit Avila and Salamanca picturesque and historical towns
Our guide Ismail was proficient and friendly. Enjoyed every minute of our trip to the picturesque and historical towns. It's definitely a trip I will recommend 100% while visiting Madrid.

Guided Bus and walking tour of Salamanca and Avila

Enjoyed this tour very much. Our guide was very informative and familiar with both cities we visited. We took in all the important points of both cities. I have Multiple Sclerosis and walk slower than most and with a cane and he kindly slowed the walking rate so I could keep up on the group. It was a relatively small group of 15 persons.

Realizamos el tour Salamanca/Ávila el pasado 19 de agosto, tuvimos la suerte de que nuestro guía fuera Nacho un encanto de chico, el cual hace unas estupendas explicaciones y realiza el tour de una forma muy amena, se involucra con el grupo, está pendiente de el en todo momento. Respecto a las ciudades Salamanca en una ciudad muy hermosa al igual que Ávila solo que esta es más pequeña y se recorre en menor tiempo, es cierto que el tour debería dejar algo más de tiempo en Ávila para poder pasar a la catedral (no está incluido en el precio pero se puede realizar independiente) o para visitar la casa de Santa Teresa con más tranquilidad. Por lo demás todo muy bien. Desde Sevilla le mandamos un afectuoso saludo a Nacho

Disappointed tour that was canceled unexpectedly
Trip Advisor did not notify me on time of cancellation and rescheduled this tour for a date I am unavailable to attend. I reached out to amigo tours directly and was advised I qualify for a FULL refund. I was looking forward to attending this tour and getting to know these two beautiful cities. Very upset the tour was canceled.
