Teresa was wonderful. We went to the local market. The steps were easy and I picked up some tricks to improve my knife skills! This was truly a memorable experience. Thank you for the memories and the delicious Paella. I can't wait to try to re-make this at home! Highly recommend!

Paloma is the best, she welcomed us into her home as if we were family. She showed us how to make amazing food, she helped us with recommendations for the city and she was so warm and friendly. We had an amazing experience learning about paella and its history. Thank you Paloma for an incredible experience!

Host very pleasant and knowledgeable. Had a great time. Food and drink were great. She was able to translate fo another person very quickly.

Our host was very nice and enjoyed sharing her families rich history of Paella. This is a very regional family traditional recipe consisting of rabbit and chicken and the host emailed in advance to make sure we were okay with the ingredients. My only recommendation is to do your research and ask questions. We were not expecting the rabbits head to be included. It can be a great experience, just not for us.

I attended a paella class with Paloma. I had a really great time. She welcomed me so kindly. We made sangria, tortilla and paella. So good! Highly recommend.

We felt instantly at ease with Paloma as she welcomed us into her home. Her class was intimate size with 6 of us, and her energy was contagious. She made it fun, no pressure, and yet still authentic food and traditions. We have never done a cooking class before, so no need to be an expert, yet your meal will taste like a seasoned chef. She provided us all the receipts and more! Come hungry and if you like Sangria, ready to have a few glasses! When she found out that there birthday celebration trips, she even improvised and sang in Spanish with a dessert. :-) We were her last class of the year before her holiday. We wish you a Merry Christmas Paloma!

Cooking class for paella, sangria and tortilla! Paloma was an excellent instructor, our finished dishes and drink were delicious! Great opportunity to learn and at the same, good conversation and fun! Highly recommend this activity!

Paloma was a fantastic host and made the cooking experience very enjoyable for our whole family. She was knowledgeable on the origin, history and traditions of paella cooking and made the whole experience fun for the entire family.

Paloma was good fun and I look forward to trying my own Paella at home! The other in class were great to meet and good fun. Great way to spend an afternoon! Great for singles or couples.

Hi - With almost anything child-related, I really think it depends on the child. Some love being in the kitchen to help cook. If not, there's not a lot for a child to do while the adults cook. All of that said, I think Paloma will do her best to accommodate.
