I was in Madrid to follow a course with very little time to visit the city. I was also determined to find the time to move a bit, after spending so many hours sitting at the classes. The Running Tour was the best solution to combine both things!
I could agree with Ulrik on the time for the tour based on my availability, and I told him about my running speed ( I am not fast!). Everything was set and finally I could jogging with Grace for over an hour. We saw very beautiful places. Grace knows a lot about Madrid, its history and the best places where to eat (if you have the time for it!).
So, even if you are in Madrid for business, do not miss the chance to use your free time to vist this beautiful city while taking a break from all that meetings and lectures! You will not regret it!

Hicimos el running tour antes de cenar. Desde el hotel a retiro recorriendo entre calles fue algo diferente que recomiendo a todo el mundo. Además tengo que agradecer la amabilidad y la atencion del guía. Gracias Ulrik por tu atención. Experiencia muy recomendable.

I was in Madrid with a few friends and we did a 6k tour on our first morning. It was a fantastic way to get a feel for the city, see some of the sights and decide what we wanted to explore after.
The run was catered to our group's running ability and Ulrik was a great and enthusiastic guide who gave us not only the history and interesting information about the sights but also shared his favourite places to go, explore and relax! Would highly recommend!

I went on the morning before work . This is a great way to mix running and touristic activity. The tour covers the main historic center área with a nice part in the Retiro park. The pace was fast enough for the workout to be worth and the sightseeing enjoyable. On our way the guide spotted some places and told some very curious and interesting facts about them and recommended some restaurants and bars of interest for later. Very enjoyable run in good company and efficient knowledge acquisition on a city I really love.
