Giovanni was outstanding. He had a great sense of humor and told us all about the wonderful spots along the Amalfi Coast. I highly recommend the tour, especially with Giovanni as your driver.

We were on a 13 day cruise in the Adriatic sea with many excursions in 8 ports and this was definitely the highlight of our trip. Mauro was our driver. The vehicle was very clean and Mauro was on time every time he had to pick us up somewhere and shared a lot of interesting information as we travelled up the coast.
We had lunch at a quaint restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean which was awesome. It is such a breathtakingly beautiful area of Italy that it's hard to mention something specifically.
It was a long tour and the traffic was congested at times but not overly so. Overall we had a great time and Mauro was an excellent host/driver.
Highly recommended!

Did this tour yesterday and if I ever come back I would likely do it again. Our driver (Mauro I believe) was hilarious and he got to the locations quickly so we'd have more time to explore.
Our coach only had five of us in it so we had plenty of space and the air conditioning was especially needed since it was an incredibly hot day. Sorrento and Positano were my favourite stops, and the restaurant we stopped to eat at was really good as well. We were even treated to a free shot of Limoncello by our driver!
Definitely do this tour excursion if you have time while in Naples.

It was an amazing tour. Chiro the driver was great, very friendly and pleasant, having good knowledge of the touring area.
We enjoyed Sorrento and Positano.
We also had the chance to swim in the Amalfi beach.
We also enjoyed a fredo iced coffee in Ravello.

Tour effettuato in data 26 aprile 2019. Il servizio di questo tour di gruppo è ottimo, l'autista Ciro è stato molto professionale, puntuale, in parte ci ha anche fatto da guida.

I was very disappointed with this excursion. The stops/towns were gorgeous and the scenery along the coast was very beautiful. Its alot to see in 8 hours but we understood that before we booked. We arrived in Sorrento quite early so not much was open. The town of Positano was very busy (bumper to bumper cars and people) making it difficult to navigate thru this town. Amalfi and Ravello were our favorites. However the tour driver was extremely impatient and a terrible driver making my husband and I very nervous and frightened. The driver sped the entire day...on the highways and along the Amalfi coast. He tailgated all day long and was passing cars on the narrow windy road along the coast (which is crazy and extremely dangerous). I told him at one point to please slow down but I don't think he understood me. The driver was in a rush the entire day and yet we ended up back at the cruise ship at 4:30 (our cruise didn't leave until 6:30). The driver spoke very little English and this made simple communication very difficult. I booked this tour through Viatour. Its only a matter of time before this driver has a terrible car accident. I urge the owners of this tour company to please ensure your drivers understand their clients want a safe experience and that crazy driving isn't acceptable or fun. Unfortunately this affected our overall experience which is very disappointing.

Covered four towns in one day and have to return to cruise ship by designated time: yes it was rushed still very enjoyable. Driver was excellent, 8 in a minivan - a drawback is that some (in this case those on the left and center in the back and central row) do not have a good view of the Amalfi coast (which is on the right side of the van). One hour of free time in Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, not enough time but's not the fault of the tour operator. It was not easy navigating the winding narrow roads of the Amalfi coast but we felt safe and comfortable all the time. Recommended if you want a taste of all four towns in the same day.

We booked this tour as n opportunity to see the Amalfi Coast and explore it in our own time and in our own way. We arrived into the train station with our bags and called to ask if they had room for the bags or if we should store them at the station. We were assured that they had room for two large rolling bags. When the minivan arrived, it was packed to capacity with people and structurally the only way for the bags to fit was to lay them ontop on each other in the aisle. I said it was a safety hazard and. asked for a refund. The manager was very rude and refused.
We finally reached a compromise that wouldn't jeopardize the well-being of everyone on the van, and set out on the tour.
We stopped in towns where I had to ask the driver where we were, he said nothing about the towns and did nothing short of drive us from town to town. None of the other 15 learned anything either. There were no stops of pictures, just fast driving, and quick 45 minute stops in each town.
It was a hot day and the air condition in the van was not working. Everyone in window seats got wet from some type of moisture that collects when the ac works too hard.
There are plenty of other tour companies, choose one of those. I am writing this to keep you from making the same mistake that we did.

This is a good way to sample the Amalfi coast if you don't want to drive (not recommended!) and don't know where to go. Each stop is relatively brief (~1 hour) but it is enough time to get a feel for each of Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, as well as enjoying the sights while on the road. Although they are not a tour guide, the driver still makes the effort to point out interesting sights and relay some history. You should not do this if you get very car sick, I managed just about but it's a windy/busy road and the minibus can be a little bit of a squeeze. We have now discovered the places we like best (Positano/Ravello are less touristy) and will use this experience to plan our next trip. Still very happy we went.

We booked this tour through Viator who allocated PNS to do the tour. We were supposed to be mat at our cruise ship but we waited looking at the sea of name plates being held up and couldn’t see Viator anywhere or even PNS. After 20 mins we finally went to the end of the line of waiting people and saw our name on a piece of paper with other names but the PNS logo was tiny. We were walked to a mini bus and we let the more elderly fellow passengers get on first. When we go to get on we were left with the middle two seats on the back row sandwiched between another couple. We had to hold our arms in as there was zero room for movement, We are both 5ft 11 inches and there was no legroom. We had to sit bolt upright, not moving and feeling the impact of every bump in the road in our backs and our knees. The elevated rear seats made it hard to see out the side windows.
When we arrived at our first stop Sorrento, we had decided we couldn’t face 8 hours of this nightmare so we told the driver. His main concern was making sure we wrote something to show we had left the tour voluntarily rather than how we were going to get back to Naples. I did write something, “Van too small for the number of passengers, seats not big enough, no leg room, overbooked tour”. No apology even though he rang his bosses.
We then faced a 85 minute train journey, standing all the time, back to Naples and a 30 minute walk from the station to the Cruise port. Not now we had wanted to experience the Amalfi coast.
Have complained to Viator and will be seeking a full refund. PNS were getting over £600 for this sardine tin like minibus trip and should have put on two minibuses rather than squeeze everyone into one bus.
So possibly our only Cruise visit to the Amalfi coast was ruined. If you are booking via Viator and your confirmation shows you have PNS I would recommend cancelling your Viator booking and tell them why.
The quality of a customer focussed company is in how they react to problems. These guys were more bothered about covering their own backs by getting us to write a waiver for them. If they really cared they would refund via Viator now and not make us go through the chargeback procedure. Not holding my breath for that one.
