We understand that we couldn’t go to positano due to a rock slide, but I feel that that alone deserves a partial refund as it is at least 1/3 of the tour that we missed.
On top of that, we were also very frustrated with what occurred on the tour. In Amalfi, there was no tour or time for us to explore. We were invited to go on a boat ride (that was $20 a person extra) and then shown a place to eat. Afterwards we had to head straight on the bus to leave. In Ravello, all we did was walk through the town. There was little explanation of what we were walking through. I understand that it was raining and nobody can control the weather but this was very frustrating.
Due to the road closure to positano, we were told that we would stop and get to taste free lemonchello at a local farm. However, that did not occur. Instead the tour ended 2 hours ahead of schedule. I would have loved to used that extra time in Amalfi or Ravello but that was not allowed.

Our tour guide Lisa was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We enjoyed the smaller group and got to know some really nice people. The weather was gorgeous and the coastline is breath taking. We highly recommend this tour and Lisa as your guide for the day.

Vanaf Napels Airport kan je naar Na[els reizen en daar de trein pakken zuidelijk naar Salerno of naar Sorrento (boemeltrein), of de diverse bussen richting het zuiden.
Beide steden zou je gezien moeten hebben. Sorrento is een leuke relaxte stad, met helaas in het hoogseizen bussen vol met (dagjes-)toeristen. De stad is goed te bewandelen, maar ben je slecht ter been, kan de weg per trappen naar het water/strand/boodverbindingen lastig zijn...
Veel restaurants/kerken/winkeltjes in de smalle straten.
Vanaf Sorrento of Salerno is de hele Campania kust in enkele dagen te doen per auto/scooter/streekbus.
Kom sinds 2020 ca. 2x per jaar voor meestal een vlucht-vakantie, even weg.

Our tour to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello was amazing! The tour company was very organized. Our tour guide was Roberto who has been doing this for 12 years, was super knowledgeable, personable, and funny. We had limited time to see the coast, so we chose a tour to hit the highlights. The tour was part bus and part boat. Pros: You get a quick look at all 3 towns without having to drive yourself, and with history and knowledge of the towns. Cons: A long 8-9 hour day and each stop seems a bit rushed. But on that note, our favorite town was Ravello. Positano and Amalfi were a bit touristy and crowded.

What a great way to explore the Amalfi coast ! Roberto was a great guide and entertained us throughout the day. If you are on limited time then a tour is the best way to see the Amalfi on a day tour. Roberto looked after everyone and ensured we were all taken care of. We managed to get a boat tour in and how magnificent is the view along the coastline!

Francesca and Alfredo were great. Francesca was funny and engaging and a good storyteller. It was too windy to do the boat part of the tour, so that was disappointing. All three towns were pretty and we had a little time to walk around in each.

Hi there,
Im not sure about that but I think they are flexible. I dont see why they couldn’t… when you book ask the question because there is always someone answering you amd you can cancel the reservation 1 day before without paying! Thx Kat

Hi,would love to do this tour, but I would like to know the exact time the tour starts because I'm coming from Venice to Naples I land around 7:50 ish and from NAP Airport to the pickup location is about an 1 hr drive, so I want to make sure I will have enough time to meet at the pickup location.
And also is the tour exactly 8 hrs? because I have to be back at the NAP Airport by 7:30 pm so I just want to make sure I have enough time for everything.

The meeting point is next to Cafe Fauno in Sorrentos main square (Iammia tourist office) at around 08:30 -09:00.

In Amalfi, can I spend longer in the cathedral to look at it properly. I see that you only allow for 10 minutes in there. I see that we have lunch in Amalfi, so can I spend some of my lunchtime in the cathedral? Also in Ravello does the minibus take us up to the Villa Rufolo? Also when does the tour begin - at 8.30am?

We left the square to go to the bus in Sorrento at 9am. We had about an hour free time in both Amalfi and Ravello. This should be enough time to do both the things you asked about. The bus dropped us off a short walk from the main area in Ravello. Hope this helps. The tour was definitely worth it!
