The tour guide, Gus took a group on a boat tour that was not planned, it was a friend of his. We wanted to see St. Andrews Duomo and chose to stay and tour the Duomo. We were told to be at the statue in front of the Duomo at 1:00 pm. we were there at 12:50 and waited until 1:25 and no one came. we grabbed a bite to eat and walked up the hill in the town. We were also told to meet at 3:00 pm, behind that statue where the bus dropped us off. We were there at 2:30 and waited until 3:20 pm and not one showed up. We thus realized the tour bus had abandoned us! We are from the USA and didn't appreciate being left. Finally, after composing ourselves, we realized we needed to catch a bus back to Sorrento. As we approached the ticket stand, we realized we could take the last boat ride back to Sorrento at 4:35. We were able to get tickets and get on the boat. It was our 26th Wedding Anniversary and we had dinner reservations at 7:00 pm at the hotel we were staying in the Imperial Hotel Tramontano. We got to our hotel at t6:45 pm and had 10 minutes to get changed and refreshed. We did make it to dinner on time. We had to pay another $E17.50 each for tickets to get back to Sorrento, We would appreciate refund of our tickets and reimbursement of the $E35.00 for the boat ride. This tour left a horrible impression of your service,

Such a Great Trip - a real pleasure!! Hugo and the Skipper Liberator did. everything for a great experience! Showed a lot, explained everything in different languages and even turned the boat s that either the people in the front or in the back could take their photos! Thank you very much for this nice day!!!

Use Sorrento as your base and take day tours to Positano, Amalfi, Pompei and Mount Vesuvious. Fully engaged and informative tour guides offer passionate detail of the history and culture of the Amalfi Coast. Charming restaurants, lemon farms, and quality shopping all within walking distance. Take the Hop-on Hop-of or the ferry to tour between each charming venue. No need for a car

I would be very careful when thinking about purchasing with this company. The company did not show up at the assigned location to pick us up. We waited for TWO hours and I was not informed that we would not be picked up until I called back for the SECOND time. We were scheduled to be picked up at 8:15 a.m., but arrived at the location at 8 a.m. When it hit 9 a.m. I called the company to get an update for the reason for the delay. I was told that the driver was running late due to traffic and was assured he would be arriving shortly and that we should continue to wait for him to pick us up. We really wanted to visit the cities on the all-day tour so we agreed to wait for the driver. After another hour passed (it's now 10 a.m.) I called the company again and that is when I was told the driver would not be picking us up. At this point it was too late in the morning to try to book an all-day tour with different company since most of them begin at 8-9 a.m. Also not being picked-up ruined our day because we were leaving for Capri the next day and would not have an opportunity to do an all-day tour visiting the Amalfi Coast. The company did refund me the cost of what I paid for the tickets so I was satisfied with that. Again, if you have an opportunity to book with another company I would do so before booking with this one.

Booked through Tripadvisor as I do with a lot of my trips ,picked up from our hotel our seasoned tour guide was a guy called Diego and we couldn’t fault , he was informative , funny and a great character the drive is spectacular and includes visits to Positano Amalfi and Ravello with an optional boat trip thrown in for 12 Euros which we availed of and was very pleasant, if I could fault any of it would be the lunch which was again optional at 15 euros in A restaurant above Amalfi which unfortunately was of poor quality and frankly not worth the money , the reason given for this was a sit down meal in Amalfi would be much more expensive, which it may very well be , however there were a lot of cheaper street food options available and if you didn’t want the tours sit down meal there wasn’t really anywhere else for you to go other than sit on the bus , perhaps a small complaint in what an otherwise memorable day with a great guide .

This is a must do trip. You would have to have no soul not to to appreciate this beautiful coast with the roads and the houses seeming to defy gravity and cling to the steep slopes.
Our guide and driver from Avi on 8th October were great notwithstanding one challenging client.
Worth every cent. This is one trip where it’s worthwhile to take the guided trip the first time even if you return to Positano or Amalfi by public transport later

We would highly recommend this tour. Not only were the sites we explored breathtaking, but our tour guide - Diego - kept us entertained throughout the entire journey.

This is an excellent value way of seeing a region which may otherwise be difficult to do independently. The three towns all offer similar charms of cafes, squares and curio shops. The scenery is what makes this trip. To be honest our guide Diego elevated this trip from three star to four star. He has charisma to burn. The one disappointment was in Amalfi where we could not go out on the boat because of a thunderstorm. The rain was so hard many of the group returned to the bus within minutes. It is a long day (8am-6pm) but worth it if you are in the region.

The main reason I am rating this as poor, is because we were unable to see anything at all due to being seated on the drivers side of the bus for the whole trip. I cannot believe that I did not see anyone mention this in there reviews prior to us going on the trip! To begin with, it was a very large bus that we were on. An 11 meter bus. There were probably 30 people. The bus was an our late to our pick up due to having to wait on others at earlier pick-ups. We had no idea that if you sat on the drivers side, your view of the coastline would be obstructed by the passengers on the other side of the bus. And there were no switching of seats during the trip, so we were unable to see anything, and every picture I took had someone's head in it.
The guide was pleasant enough and informative, but since we could not clearly see anything she was talking about, it was very disappointing.
