我们是一个大家庭出海，船长giuseppe和francesca非常热情，特别是我们有几个小孩子，对她们照顾的非常周到。船上提供面包和饮料！途中出了点小意外，老人和小孩都晕船，所以我们没有潜水，最后让船长直接送我们上岸，在Capri的小镇上转了一圈，让我看到了不一样的风景。总之这是一次非常愉快的旅行。

Very nice people but too busy and did not live up to expectations

We just finished our cooking class. We were 5 people (2 adults and 3 teenagers).
We were paired up with a couple on their honeymoon from Ireland and they were extremely nice.
We got there and waited 30 minutes and noticed they were 4 staff with 6 separate groups which is always a bad sign. We then were brought to a table and sliced a piece of eggplant, fried it, and then put mozzarella and basil on it and covered it with tomato sauce. They took it away to cook and didn't explain the process on how or for how long it should be done. We then sat for another 20 minutes and were then brought back to the same table and given a tomato, basil, and a piece of cheese and told to make our own caprese salad. Are you kidding me ? this is what I paid for ? We kept smiling and did it and then were led to our table and told to eat it and then they brought out the cooked eggplant as well, We then sat there for 40 minutes waiting...
Finally we were brought inside and showed how to make dough from flour, eggs and oil. We then stuffed it with premade and mixed cheese and made raviolis. We went to the kitchen where they boiled them and added a remade tomato sauce. We then ate it and waited for another 30 minutes after finishing. We then were called back in for dessert.
They gave us some last fingers with a bowl of premise marscapone and a bowl of lemonchello. We were told to put the marscapone in a small cup, dip the lady finger in the lemonchello and add more marscapone...tiramisu sorrento...I was totally blown away at this amateur hour performance. We then waited another 30 minutes until the owner gave us a photocopy certificate and a shot of lemoncello. We were picked up at 10:10 which was early for our 11:00 AM class. We left at 2:45 PM. Total time we actually did anything was about an hour.
Waste of time and money. You pay close to 100 Euros to be showed almost nothing and the produce are cheese, eggplant, tomato, flour, egg and a bottle of cheap house table wine. Do yourself a favour and book a real cooking class elsewhere. This place is a total rip off and tourist trap.

Exceptional staff but too many students
Overall, we enjoyed the food and learned how to make Ravioli and found the staff super friendly and helpful. The biggest negative was that they tried to teach a class of 12 instead of 6 resulting in a lot of wasted time. Another issue was one of the couples brought their 3 year old which slowed things down and made it difficult to hear.

The ravioli we made was very tasty and we learned a lot in how to make it.

Laura and Maria did a great job under difficult conditions. Special thanks to Maria who saved the day by leading the way in her small car after the class to a small office supply place in town and went with me to explain that I needed to get ferry tickets printed.

My biggest recommendation to management would be to limit this type of class to no more than 6 at a time with no small children allowed.

We really have appreciated your positive comments about the professionality of our instructors! We cooperate only with very professional intructors who can handle all the different situations can happen like a small too much happy kid or a specific Clients's need (even if not connected with the Tour). We will be more than happy to keep your suggestion and we will clearly informe our Clients with kids to adopt a specific behaviour to do not disturb the other Clients. Fun time - thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

My husband and I booked this class for one of our days in Sorrento. We are experienced cooks - so some of the dishes were familiar to us already. However, our instructor, Laura, made the experience wonderful. She was welcoming and gracious. Her instructions were clear. For us, the best part of the course was making the pasta dough and the ravioli. We already plan to replicate the process at home and conduct our own ravioli making class for family and friends. It was so fun and tasted fabulous. I also liked that Laura was well organized. We had a pretty table set with water and wine to enjoy while we were cooking and eating. It was a pleasant day. I highly recommend this experience.

So much fun!
We had booked this cooking class for a special treat and learnt so much!

The hosts were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. We made some delicious food and ate it all up with fab wine and great company.

Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Sorrento Cookin Class review

We booked this activity for myself, my wife and our twelve year old son for August 2018. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel by Luigi who was a thoroughly delighful guy who spoke good english. The cookery class was only attended by the three of us on that day, which made it perfect. The cookery class was carried out by Luigi's business partner who was fantastic. She aslo spoke good english and was a thoroughly delightful host. The food we cooked was amazing. We were also given a jug of wine to drink whilst we were cooking, plus a bottle of water and Lemoncello when we had finished. We all thought this experience was fantastic and I would definately recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento. It is especially good fun as a small family. Even the kids will enjoy it. We were all extremly stuffed at the end of it, and couldn't eat for the rest of the day. The best bit was we didn't have to wash up.
