“We started making pizza from the flour,” this is very important because the dough is the heart of the napoli pizza, and the final step, cooking the pizza in a stone oven with huge flame, it takes less then 90 seconds, this class is a “must do” in Sorrento.

Make dough from scratch and eat your pizza creation

Such a fun experience. Got to make dough from scratch and build our our pizza. Lots of toppings to choose from. Chef was engaging and funny and always fun meeting new people. My pizza was delicious. I can't wait to make one when I get home. Definitely worth the time and money.

Fun afternoon treat

My husband and I had the best time - it was fun, easy and just good time. Highly recommend for anyone and the pizza was excellent!!

Would do again!

Bang for your buck. The cooking lesson was in a culinary school tucked up high in the hills of sorrento. The chef that taught us was so much fun and full of energy. He truly loves what he does. We got to make the pizza from start to finish. (Minus the dough). Proper dough needs to sit overnight. But we still went through the process of making our own dough. The dough we use for the pizza is made the night before by the chef. Highly recommend! Meet other travelers and eat pizza!

Most expensive pizza ever!

Group size was massive. More than 25 plus others waiting in seating area. Made for a noisy experience and felt impersonal and rushed. Lots of waiting around and very little tuition. It basically involved adding water and oil to flour and then spreading pre-made tomato sauce on top. But the dough used was prepared the day before as we were told it needed 24 hours to set so we didn't use what we made. Limited toppings- only ham, salami and mozzarella cheese. They ran out of cheese.
All told, a very expensive activity for what it was. Quite disappointed.
The lift to and from hotel was appreciated although older male driver grumpy and unfriendly!

The experience was good. The people who host also, nice guys. The only problem was they were picking up us at 1040 because the course start 11 and they come for us at 1130.

Amazing pizza and fun experience!

My husband and I took the class and we both loved it. Booking the course was easy. On arrival we got wine and water. Then all the fun began, learning what is the best way of making the dough. Chef Luigi is very friendly and brings the group together, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the best pizza and toppings (no sweet with savoury - no ham & pineapple). If we are in the area in the future we will be booking on for other classes. We will be making them at home!

Great thing to do!

Went with husband and 14 hrar old daughter. Brilliant experience very much down to the chef Liugi! Highly recommend it! Great pizza at the end too.

Amazing pizza making experience

We had such an amazing time with Laura, Lorenzo, Daniel and team. They were kind and patient with us and the pizzas we made were the best we’ve all tasted! There were 11 of us… six adults and a range of kids of different ages. Youngest 8, oldest 17. Highly recommend.
