Great Boat Tour

The guide and captain were amazing! They both made it an enjoyable experience. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when we went to check in, and it was very stressful trying to locate our crew since we couldn’t get ahold of anyone for a long time. It was great that we showed up very earlier to accommodate this. The boat was very clean and the tour itself was breathtaking.

Belle visite de la côte amalfitaine

Visite spectaculaire de la côte amalfitaine.
Dommage que les villages escale soient devenus envahis de touristes et n'aient aucun intérêt si ce n'est celui de consommer dans les bars ou restos.
Sinon la journée tait conforme au programme prévu.
Les 2 membres Gian Luigi et Rafael étaient très sympathiques et très à l'écoute
Dommage que je n'ai su que trop tard que Gian Luigi parlait espagnol sinon j'aurais mieux compris ce que me racontait l'équipage
L'anglais parlé par un talien pour un Fraçais est quasiment incompréhensible

Best decision ever!!

If you plan on visiting the Amalfi coast it’s near to do it by boat! The sites were gorgeous and the water was so blue!
Alessandro was an excellent tour guide & he even gave us a wonderful recommendation on a local restaurant.
We really enjoyed our two stops in Postiano and Amalfi. We had about one hour at each site. The only complaint I have is the food on board. Otherwise we had drinks to stay hydrated & a toilet at our disposal.

A great day out

We did a Sea tours boat trip around Positano and Amalfi yesterday. The day was simply great, Raffaele our skipper went out of his way to make it special, with his knowledge and humour. He looked after us exceptionally well. Such a good day out with beautiful scenery, and if I could book it all over again, I would.

Could be improved

We weren’t sure we would make this cruise as the morning was full
Of storms and thunder and lightening .
We tried three times to contact the company but no reply so we went down to the harbour and waited for an hour to finally be told we had to wait to see if the weather was going to be ok
Once we finally got underway the weather got better / our crew were ok but we probably expected a little more in the way of service and information about the trip. Lucky for us our fellow travellers were really fun and we enjoyed getting to know them !
Unfortunately we missed out on our swim off the boat - we were told it was because one engine died on the boat - or maybe because we over an hour late departing - it wasn’t very well explained !
Our attendant ? Was just ok - she asked us once if we wanted drinks and that was all !
We loved the day but more for the company and the views !

Room for improvement

Really nice boat ride along the coast! I would say it’s less of a “tour” as we didn’t get much information/talking and more of a boat ride with pick ups/drop offs. Maybe that varies depending on who your your guide is but ours wasn’t talkative.

Amalfi and Positano sea and land tour

The sea and land tour was fantastic! Francesco was the best Captain, which made this tour exceptional! Francesco went above and beyond showing his guests on board the Amalfi Coast, told the old tales of the sea, pointed out famous landmarks and took his guests to the best swimming spots. He was generous and was most hospitable to every guest. The time on land was short, about 90 minutes, but enough time to enjoy the sites and local vendors. It was an amazing tour!

I am giving this review a 4 star and not 5 because of the staff at the Sea tours office. They were great with online communication, but when it came to the day of the tour, you arrived at the office and there was no communication, it was chaotic. Tourists waiting all over, not knowing where to wait for their tour. Signs to “Wait Here” for the Amalfi Coast tour would have been most helpful.

Nice tour along the Amalfi coast

We did 2 tours with Sorrento Sea Tours: Amalfi/Positano and Capri. We enjoyed both. The swimming experience in 30m deep blue waters of the Mediterranean sea was unforgettable! It's better to plan the hours you are supposed to spend in Positano/Amalfi and Capri in advance to make the best of your visit. We were also provided with lunch (mozzarella and tomato panini) and drinks during the trip (there was water, beer, cola and wine but don't take wine it tastes more like vinegar than wine).

So good, we did the Amalfi tour & then booked Capri!!!

Very good service from Fernando and the skipper team! We did the Amalfi trip & then booked the Capri because we enjoyed it so much! Both skippers on the boats were called Luigi… they were fantastic, providing drinks regularly and information 10/10! Definitely use this company and their boats are great too!
