This tour was advertised as an 8 hour tour with 5 hours on the island. We got 2.5 hours on the island, 20 minutes of which was wasted listening to the tour guide telling us nothing was open.
We thought this was boat that would pick us up from Sorrento and take us around the island and drop us off for the 5 hours but what we got was the ferry and a separate boat tour later.
We then waited for the bus (recommended to us) and paid 14 euros only to find that the bus service stopped for 3 hours so we had to get a taxi back to get to the boat tour at 3pm, so a lot of wasted time.
You are better off booking the ferry (20 euros each way) and boat tour (23 euros) yourself and saving some money and going at your own pace rather than paying the extra for absolutely no added value.
Also, don’t go to the sandwich shop recommended by the guide as there is nothing there. Head to the white cafe at the end of the port for some nice paninis etc.
The boat tour was nice and the Spanish tour guide tried her best and the island is lovely but the tour itself really isn’t worth paying for.

The guide was so nice, overall it was a very nice trip. Because of the season (winter) pretty much everything was closed, so I would recommend taking this trip during season on Capri. Beautiful Island, I recommend to see the Gardens of Augustus, easy to take the Funicolare to the top and nice walk down to the marina afterwards. Worth the money to get the tour around the Island to see the grottoes and lighthouse

Bernadetta was an excellent guide. She made sure we knew what we were doing throughout the day. She was on hand if we needed any advice or assistance. The trip was very well organised and we particularly enjoyed the boat trip around the island. Thanks Bernadetta.

Amazing boat tours. Great staff (we were accompanied by Martina) that were always there to help us during the tour. Gave us helpful tips to explore the island. Only flaw is there were waiting times on some activists due to high number of people. Overall fantastic! 🙏🏼 highly recommend!

Very good trip , we were little delay in arrival but benedetta ensured to wait for us . Boat tour with guide was too good . They provided end to end details when we arrived in Capri about how to explore in best possible way.

It made it easy to get to Capri we met at 730 and did a ferry to the island then Went directly to chair lift first and was not crowded at 10 am. Then an hour boat ride around the island after spending about 4 hours of free time on the island in the afternoon.

Superb attention by the guides Eliana and Gerardo. The island was a bit crowded but they organized the groups very well so we didn't miss a thing

Everything is very well organized.
Taxi ride from the campsite to Torre El Gréco. Then shuttle boat. Then tour of the island with explanation in English. Italian and Spanish. Then 4 hours on the island and autonomy. The hostesses are very friendly. Thank you very much to Marlene for making the effort to explain to us in French.

The tour was amazing, we had a great time cruising the island. The island was very picturesque. The guides were helpful, they gave us suggestions on how to spend our free time on the island. Especially Allesandro , he was amazing. Fully recommend !!!
