Francesco Buonocore è un autista serio, preciso e affidabile. Inoltre è super puntuale. La macchina poi: nuova, confortevole e pulita. Ho recensito con cinque stelle perché la sesta non c'era.

We would love to thank Frank and GoodHeart Limo services for the absolutely AMAZING service. Every driver we had was right on schedule, extremely personable and gave great recommendations. Every ride we took was very comfortable, and it was overall a very easy and enjoyable experience. We traveled to 5 different cities using this service, and I would recommend any one who is traveling throughout Italy to book this service. They were very accommodating of all of our luggage (we had ALOT) and every ride was either in a Mercedes van or station wagon with plenty of room, AC, and plush seats, the drivers even gave me their WhatsApp to text me recommendations based on the city we were being dropped off in. Big big thanks to Frank and all the drivers (John Luca, Gabriele, etc.) and Good heart limo for the experience. Will definitely be booking again the next time we are in Italy.

We had been on a boat tour of Capri and had to be at the train station in Naples to catch our fast train to Rome in the evening. Our tour ran late but our awesome driver, Olivia, was there waiting for us when we arrived. Traffic was slow and we weren't sure we would make it but we did, thanks to Olivia's excellent driving. She got us right to the front of the train station and we did have to run to make our train but we made it with a few minutes to spare. She was friendly but didn't overpromise. I would highly recommend Goodheart Limos for any private transfer needs.
We also used them for our transfer from the airport to our hotel upon arrival in Naples. Francisco was there waiting for us and we located him right away outside of the baggage area of the airport. We were tired and it was late and he quickly got us to our hotel. He was very kind and met all of our needs.
We then used them for our private transfer to/from Pompeii where we had a private tour reserved. Tony was our driver and was great! He was early and helpful and answered all of our questions about the Naples and Sorrento areas. He knew our tour guide so called him up and he was able to meet us where we were parked - so nice! As soon as our tour concluded Tony was there waiting for us to transfer back to Naples in a nice air conditioned Mercedes van. The van was clean, cool and comfortable. I'm so glad we chose this option instead of the train. Pompeii was hot and crowded so the private transfer gave us a chance too cool off and relax for the ride back to Naples.
We would highly recommend Goodheart Limos for any of your private transfer needs in the Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento areas.

La cortesia di Raffaele durante il tragitto da Sorrento a Napoli è stata eccellente. Guida non fastidiosa e viaggio nel pieno comfort. Siamo stati a nostro agio.

Great experience! Had an early morning train ride departing from Napoli and was scared I would not find a taxi at 5am from Sorrento to Napoli. I called Good Heart Limos and they answered very quickly and were able to pick me up 30 minutes after my call. Got to Napoli on time for my train and it was smooth ride! Highly recommend their service!

Frank and his team were great. They speak English and were on-time and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this service to transfers from Rome/Naples to Sorrento. They also do day trips to other parts of Italy. We will use them again in Italy!

Super efficiente nella comunicazione e puntualissimo, la sua guida è impeccabile ed estremamente attenta, ti fa sentire davvero in mani sicure!!
L’auto su cui ho viaggiato è eccezionale, comoda, pulitissima, spaziosa, dotata di Wi-Fi e di tutti i servizi di sicurezza necessari!
Convenienza ed efficienza del servizio, gentilezza, disponibilità e simpatia del conducente per me meritano le 5 stelle, avrei dato anche di più se avessi potuto!!

Consiglio a tutti la Good Heart Limos, spesso mi sono rivolta a loro per i miei transfer di lavoro da Sorrento verso Napoli e Roma, le auto sono pulitissime e confortevoli, dotate di aria condizionata e wifi. Gli autisti sono sempre puntuali, gentili, professionali ed eleganti... che dire, la Good Heart Limos è una garanzia!
