I contacted Exclusive cruises for my cruise stop in Naples. My husband and I were traveling with 3 couples and wanted to see the Blue Grotto and Capri. The communication with the company was amazing from start to finish. They arranged for us to have a 40ft speed boat. The boat was AMAZING! We were picked up at the port in a beautiful Van and driven to the port where our captain Ernesto was waiting for us. The boat was beautiful, there were towels, snacks and beverages for us. We swam in the beautiful ocean, saw the white grotto and other caves. Unfortunately it was rocky and we didn’t get to go to the Blue Grotto, because it was closed. The company arranged for us to have lunch on Capri at a Oceanside restaurant. The food was incredible with fresh fish and lobster options. The entire day was magnificent! Honestly the highlight of our trip! If you have the opportunity to use this company, you will be so glad you did!

What a fabulous day! Beautiful and comfortable boat. We loved where Peppe the driver recommended for lunch. And we had plenty of time to swim and walk around in Capri.

Everything went very well. From the booking, the friendly connection before the excursion from Valerie and Allie to arrival on the pier. They were flexible and make all efforts to accommodate our wishes. Boat was excellent and spacious. Our skipper Ernesto went above and beyond to show us the best views, let us enjoy the places during the time we wanted and gave great suggestions. One little recommendation I would give is to have some other options for beverages, even at extra cost.

We had a great time touring Capri. Our captain Andrea was great, Capri is a must see when visiting Italy.

Our family had an amazing day visiting Capri. Our captain Antonio was very cool and low key. We started an hour later than booked because of a miscommunication between the office and the captain but they apologized profusely and more than made up for it. The day couldn’t have been more perfect for us. We left Naples and headed over to Capri where we anchored and swam in the beautiful water. Antonio arranged for the restaurant’s shuttle service to pick us up and we headed off to lunch. After a delicious and relaxing lunch we got back into the restaurant’s shuttle and went to the main port. We took a taxi to the top (a wild ride!) and hopped on the chair lift to the top for amazing views. After taking the chair back down, we wandered around the little town for some gelato and then back to the port where we took the restaurant shuttle back to our boat. That’s when we headed to the blue grotto which was really cool! On the way back to Naples we saw dolphins swimming around! We had a long and full day and we all slept well that night! My suggestion is to bring your own towels and masks if you have them. There was one mask that we shared and it didn’t really matter to us but if that’s important to you then you should make sure. Not sure if it was a Covid thing or not but so much has changed because of that. Also, Antonio shared his towels with us. I thought there would be one for each of us but we each have our own travel towels that we use so we were set either way. Again, not a dealbreaker, but something to prepare for. Also, we don’t usually get seasick but we got a bit nauseous so I would definitely advise getting something for that before your trip. We picked some up in Capri but had to suffer a bit before then. All in all I highly recommend this tour!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I am happy that you enjoyed the day. Due to COVID we were forced to modify a few things this year, mainly the snorkel masks and towels provided on board due to germs, etc...this has caused some inconvenience and I am so, so sorry for that!I am hoping that things will go back to normal next (not only for us here on the coast but for our poor world!). However it was such a pleasure to have you with us, thank you for your patience, positivity and kindness. We hope to have you back again soon. Be well! Valeria

I booked this tour for my family of six during our Mediterranean Disney cruise.
I couldn't bring myself to drag everyone to the top of Vesuvius or through dusty Pompeii on a sweltering July day. This was cool, fun, and relaxed. All of the booking and preliminary communication was handled in a highly professional manner by Valeria.
My kids are 9, 12, 15, and 17 and each one of them had a great time. Francesco showed us the caves and let everyone swim and snorkel. The boat was nicer than we expected, and even my hard-to-impress husband was pleased. Also, we don't speak a word of Italian (well, except for words like pizza, linguini, calamari . . .) and everything still went perfectly. There were no mixups or confusion, even though our ship had docked at a different port that day, and I had no way of explaining where we were relative to where we had expected to be. Francesco's English far exceeds our Italian, thank goodness!
My biggest concern for the day was making it back to our ship on time, but in the end it was not a problem, and we arrived back at the port with plenty of time to spare. We would highly recommend this excursion.
Twelve thumbs up from my family!
