Could be better for the price!
We paid €170 for this tour (2 people) for a return ferry ticket to Procida and an extremely fixed lunch menu at Agarve.

If I was visiting this beautiful island again I would organise this myself and save approximately €100. Book the ferry and choose a nicer venue for lunch.

The restaurant had very limited options as part of the voucher included and and the waiter was trying to persuade us to pay and eat off a separate menu even though our lunch meal was already paid and included.

Procida day trip

The trip was very nice. The Islande IS small and with a e-bike, very easy to visit.
But the launch IS n'ont good,very long to bé served, not interesting AT all. The trip may be cheaper without launch.
I suggest to supress launch and refuse Price to boat Travel or boat Travel with e bike location !

Rapporto qualità/prezzo bassissimo. Potete fare lo stesso autonomamente e pagando molto meno.

Se prenotate i biglietti autonomamente pagate molto ma molto meno. Inoltre il pranzo è nel peggior ristorante di Procida con porzioni minime e possibilità di scelta limitatissima. Non mi esprimo sulla frittura…
Il pranzo ha un valore di 18€ circa e se prenotate il traghetto autonomamente sui diversi siti disponibili (aliscafo SNAV) pagate molto ma molto meno. Sconsigliatissimo.

they give you a ticket to the ferry boat and book a restaurant for you.
it's not what a 'boat tour' is supposed to be. Deceitful description.

DO NOT BOOK THIS.
All this booking does is they buy a ferry ticket for you and make a reservation.
The reservation made is at an unhelpful time, but food is nice.

BOOK your own ferry tickets for more than half the privé. Choose your own restaurant you want to sit in, at your own time.

DO make a trip do this Island! It is beautiful and try walking up to the palace.. The views are so worth it.. Ahead of times look up the opening hours thought because they arent that great.

Jolie pour une autoroute !
Jolie petite île malheureusement complètement dénaturée par les voitures ! Il est impossible de flâner dans les rues sans manquer de se faire percuter par les voitures, scooters ou vélo ! Quel dommage de ne pas savoir préserver son patrimoine !

Beware! This is an “independent excursion”, not a tour!
There was nothing in the description on Trip Advisor about this being an “independent excursion” as I later found out it was. They basically give you a voucher the day before (where they made me wait all day — because I’m not staying at a hotel with a front desk — to find out when they were dropping off the voucher) for the speed boat and then arrange a solo lunch for you in Procida. If I wanted an independent excursion I would have just gone to the port by myself to buy my ticket and chosen my own restaurant for lunch. Why would anyone need them to do it? This is a total scam. The description makes it sound like a tour and even says they have multilingual hosts/hostesses. Once I had the vouchers and understood what it was, I called Trip Advisor (operated by Viator) and asked for my money back. I knew that I wasn’t going to have the kind of experience I was looking for and that I wasn’t going to use the vouchers. They contacted this “tour” operator who denied my request for a refund and that was the end of the story. Super disappointing.

Отличная поездка ! Я выбрала туда и обратно поездку на быстром катере , хоть и отправление ранним утром в 7.30 ) отличный выбор , было больше времени ,чтобы познакомиться с островом и еще и искупаться в море) Обед мне забронировали в ресторане в порту , прекрасное обслуживание и очень вкусные традиционные блюда ) я довольна!

Organizzazione supporto in loco buono , nel complesso unica pecca al ristorante agenzia dovrebbe rinunciare a una parte del suo compenso e dare qualcosa in più al ristorante il ristoratore molto disponibile il pranzo misero ma considerando quello che prende il ristoratore x persona ( circa 13 €) e anche troppo. Consiglio andate a prendervi i biglietti traghetto x conto vostro e andate al ristorante che volete e scegliete cosa mangiare in autonomia

Une réservation discutable
Partis pour un week-end prolongé sur Naples, nous avions décidé de réserver une journée à une activité différente de celle de la ville. Et quoi de mieux qu’une escapade nautique sur la côte amalfitaine?
J’ai décidé de réserver cette activité en hydroptère afin de donner un côté un peu insolite à notre expérience.
Première contrainte : à notre arrivée à Naples, nous devons échangé notre billet électronique contre un billet réel à l’agence Napoli official Tour qui profite de ce moment pour réserver le restaurant. A l’aéroport, évidemment personne. Pas grave, nous décidons d’aller plus tard en ville pour échanger nos billets. A noter que Martina qui travaille pour l’agence m’a contacté la veille du départ pour m’inviter à retirer les billets.
J’arrive dans l’agence, mes billets sont prêts mais on m’explique qu’il y a 2 départs un à 7h30 à beverello et l’autre à 9h25 à porta di massa. Cool! Il réserve le resto pour 13h et nous sommes prêts pour notre tour sur Procida.
Le lendemain nous arrivons à l’embarcadère et surprise! Il fait encore échanger nos billets chez Caremar!!!!! Refaire la queue, etc... et nous embarquons finalement dans le ferry!!!!! Et oui on a oublié de nous dire que le seul hydroptère qui part est à 7h30... grosse déception. Le trajet est long et insipide mis à part l’odeur de fioul du bateau. Arrivée à Procida, jolie petite île, avec des plages pour se baigner et des ballades sympas mais pas non plus extra.
Resto correct sans plus.
Les 2 étoiles sont pour l’organisateur, dont en fait vous pouvez vous passer car vous feriez la même chose en faisant tout par vous même. Profitez donc quand vous serez à Naples de chercher un ticket pour cette île et de manger sur place....à mon avis vous en aurez pour moins de 52 e par personnes...
