The AVPN 4 hour Pizza Making Class in Naples was a comprehensive class. Instructor was knowledgeable but not the most friendly and warm which is what makes the experience enjoyable.
I was rather disappointed with the end result. The pizza crust was heavy. We ate pizza in several other cities in Italy and they all had a very thin crust on the bottom and the cornicone had a light crunch on the outside but was light and it had a bit of a "chew". Sadly the $100US AVPN class in Naples did not teach us how to make that kind of pizza.

The course itself was fine BUT I did not get what I paid for. I paid for a 4 hours course and only got a 2 hours course. I have requested a refund and have not heard anything.
So, be aware that you might get cheated! I not even got a reply from my complaint

So much fun and we learned a lot😊! We had some experience with pizza making before but this course is really something special.
You can feel the passion for pizza in every detail.

This was a real authentic Pizza making class which is what we were looking for. Gino Luca was amazing he taught in Italian and they had an interpreter. We learned so much and we are coming back to do a private one on one class. Amazing experience.

Nach vier Tagen in Neapel muss ich sagen: Da kommt bisher nichts ran.
Der Pizzameister lebt sein Handwerk. Er zeigt jede Handbewegung mehrfach vor, beschreibt die Zutaten detailreich und lässt jedem genügend Zeit, die eigene Pizza zu machen.
Ich hatte das Glück, dass nur ein australisches Pärchen neben mir beim Kurs dabei war, wodurch der Kurs sehr persönlich und entspannt verlief.

Esperienza molto interessante sia per chi approccia la pizza per la prima volta sia per chi vuole sapere un po’ di più sulla pizza napoletana. Gianluca è un insegnante bravissimo, molto paziente e divertente.
