Fantastic company. We booked our transfers to Sorrento (via email) whilst in Australia. Communication was excellent, vehicles are really clean, driver arrives on time. We had the lovely Elia drive us to and from Sorrento. He gave us some great information about the area as well as some excellent restaurant suggestions. Would highly recommend as our experience has been 10/10!!

We were a group of 6 traveling from Naples bus station to Atrani and Amalfi. Giulio was in constant contact and picked us up right on time. We reached Atrani through the breathtaking vistas of climbing and descending the mountains in to the water. it is a drive I will never forget - looking backwards at Mount Vesuvius and forward to the sea.
Giulio was incredible and really cared about us. Incredibly warm and knowledgeable - happy so kind. Thank you
On our return drive back to the airport Elia was our driver. Great stories of his time on the west coast of Canada. When we got closer to Naples, there was a major accident which Elia circumnavigated incredibly well and got us to our 2 destinations with ample time to spare. Thank you so much (Giulio was checking in on us on WhatsApp when he realized there was an accident - what kindness and care for his customers)

We booked this service to pick us up from Naples airport to take us to Sorrento. There was a two hour delay due to EasyJet where we were sitting on the airplane. When we turned up at the airport the driver was not there, we called him and he said due to the flight delay he had left the airport already. He then wanted to charge us double to send someone who was already in Naples. We refused this and managed to get to Sorrento off our own back by paying for another taxi. I did point out to him that normally taxi drivers check flight arrival times and would see that the plane was delayed and not set off to the airport until it was due to land. So not sure why the driver was there before the plane actually took off from Gatwick.
We thought that was the end of it but the driver has still charged us for 130 euros for a service that they haven’t provided. As I said before all normal taxi drivers would look at flight arrival times as most flights are delayed. Do not use this service as you will be out of pocket!!

Dear customer.
We don’t feel we deserve this negative review, as you NEVER TRAVELED WITH US.
Your flight was delayed 2 and a half hours and you did not bother to warn us that the flight would leave already 1 hour late.
Any flight tracking system is not updated in real time and is often updated very late. But you’re the first one to know that.
That said, as logic dictates, we who are a car service and not a taxi, as you mistakenly write, we work on reservation, so we have more services booked on the same day, so we cannot wait two and a half hours for your flight to land. We have other booked services and especially other customers to respect.
It’s absolutely unreasonable to believe that we can only dedicate the whole morning to you and cancell the services booked with other guests. You were expecting the car to be at your disposal after hours.
As per the cancellation policy of any car service you can cancel or change up to 48 hours before arrival.
I can assure you that any other company would have considered your no-show and acted consequently.
We offered to send her another vehicle, but you didn’t go along with it.
I understand that the delay of the flight is not your fault, but in these cases it is you who must take back on the airline and not on us.

Absolutely amazing service, really made sure we were taken care of. Went out of his way to ensure we knew where we needed to go. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a ride service, this is the one to use!

Our flight to Naples was three hours delayed, so our pre-arranged transport fell through. Mid flight, I frantically looked for an alternate transport and happened upon Geurmo Travel. I am extremely happy that we did. Gulio was professional, kind, an excellent driver, spoke perfect English, and welcomed us to Italy! We were so pleased we hired him to take us to the train station when we left. I would 100% recommend!!!

Giulio was such a delight! He made everything so easy for my family and I. He was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and very very kind PLUS he’s super handsome!!
He made us feel safe and got us to our destinations in a very smooth and delightful ride. He also gave us a bunch of recommendations for our trip. I will definitely be referring him to my friends that will be traveling to Positano in the near future. Thank you so much Guemar Travel!
