We got lost so many times in our trip to Italy, that the highlight of this day was the fact that we were not lost and we were not stressing about finding the next bus, train, or uber to get to the next stop. It was a wonderful, beautiful stress free day.
We were originally going to be in a group tour but being that the forecast looked like rain, the other people in the tour cancelled. We ended up going with a private tour just my husband, my teenage son (17), and myself. This was our sixth day in Italy and we were exhausted (and tired of getting lost) and I was a little unsure if my son would make a go of it ( you will understand if you have teenagers). The driver picked us up outside our hotel. He drove us up the Almafi coast and stopped for photos with gorgeous views.He gave us an hour and a half in Positano which is so beautiful. He said many shops were closed since it is off season but we didn't feel we missed anything. We walked down the steps that run thru town and took some time in the beach. After this he stopped in Sorrento and gave us an hour and a half there too. It started drizzling here so we decided to use our time to eat. We had a delicious lunch at MoMo. Delicious! Then we headed back to the van and went to Pompeii. We had a private tour in Pompeii which was so informative. My husband and my very hard to please teenage son loved the whole day. At the end of the day he dropped us off in train station so we could go on to our next stop in Italy (without getting lost). Use these people. They are fantastic.

Our trip was excellent! Antonio was so professional, kind and accommodating! He took the time to show us the best spots and was always prompt and courteous. He was also an excellent driver. Carolina was so knowledgeable, funny and gave us a great highlight tour of Pompeii. Just what we were looking for. We were so impressed with each and everyone of our guides/drivers. Thank you so much for helping to make our vacation so memorable! We actually tweaked the tour a little as we were starting from Sorrento and ending in Naples and Mondo guides was extremely flexible.

Mondo Guide/Shared Tours provided a great tour of the entire area. Our driver Carlo was very knowledgeable and made frequent stops for photos. We left the cruise port early and beat most of the tour buses to Positano where we had adequate time for shopping. Then we stopped for lunch and more shopping at Sorrento. In the afternoon drove to Pompeii where we met other tour groups and had Carolina as guide. it was very helpful to have a guide lead us and describe the highlights of the site. We would certainly return for this tour. It was an incredible day.

Our tour guide, Vincenzo was absolutely terrific. Had the most wonderful day. Vincenzo was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. And we learned a lot from him. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in the Amalfi coast. Scenery was breathtaking.

We had two incredible drivers on our all day trips, Stefano and Baldo. Each of them were always waiting for us promptly, they were excellent drivers and took us in a very comfortable, air-conditioned van. They offered us great information about the areas we were driving through and had cold water available to us which we greatly appreciated during the heat wave. I can't recommend them highly enough!
