Our guide provided wonderful details and highlighted sites that made the tour terrific. Be sure to wear good walking shoes, the streets are uneven stones.

I trasferimenti col pulmino sono stati puntuali e comodi sia per il prelievo sia per per il ritorno al domicilio.
ALEX, la guida che ci ha guidato ed informato per tutta la visita agli scavi, merita un particolare encomio per la sua preparazione e capacità divulgativa nonchè simpatia e disponibilità.
Vorremo tornare per un ulteriore visita ma sempre con lui come guida!

I had been to Pompei before many years ago and wanted to return to see the progress made in excavating new areas. I was somewhat disappointed to see that virtually all the artifacts had been removed from the site, making it difficult to make a personal connection with antiquity. Nonetheless, the ruins are spectacular and worth the visit. Be prepared for a lot of climbing over large rocks, which can be a little scary at times. The tour driver picked me up at the hotel and dropped me along with others off at the Archeological Museum in Naples afterwards. Much appreciated!

Ah! Que d’enerveMent devant la gare maritime de Naples. Personne de Viator!!! Finalement téléphoner. Et une personne très aimable en français me répond. Avec lui nous arrangeons l’excu Prevue. Détail important: il faut être au bateau à 13 h15!!! Pas de soucis. Taxi pour nous 7, un guide fantastique pour nous seuls, une visite parfaite et taxi pour le retour. Un souvenir inoubliable. Merci pour votre gentillesse

Was a great shore trip. Guide was friendly and Pompeii was very, very interesting. Quite a bit of walking and some uphill over uneven ancient stones. Have a bad knee, but was interesting enough that I got through it. Very pleased. Was actually one of my favorite places throughout the whole Med.

Pompeii was amazing so much history and beauty. I loved the port pick up/drop off. It made it worry free and easy. Francesca was great! The day was HOT though, like really hot! Water didn’t last the hole tour and it really wasn’t safe. (That’s not Francesca’a fault, but there should be water available somewhere)

Overall, I really enjoyed this experience. About 40 of us rode in a bus from our port at Naples to Pompeii, about a 40 minute drive. When we arrived, there were public restrooms. Then our guide, Maria, walked with us all around the ruins of Pompeii and explained what we were seeing. She was a great guide. It was a busy place with tourists, but we were able to see a great deal. When we finished, she gave us about 45 minutes outside of the ruins to eat or shop for souvenirs before we left to return to Naples. My only complaint about the excursion was as follows: I had a very difficult time finding my tour at the port. I was out there prior to the meeting time and I did not see anybody with Viator. After walking around aimlessly for a while, not quite sure where to go, I was lucky enough to run across somebody else who was also looking for our tour, and we finally saw our tour guide, dressed in regular clothes holding up a small piece of paper with our names on it. There was nothing about Viator and nothing to attract our attention, so I came very close to giving up. I'm glad I found her, though, because it was a very enjoyable excursion.

Booking any online service in a foreign country is nerve wrecking as one doesn't know what to expect when it comes to the actual supplier service delivery. As our cruise stopped in Naples, we booked a Pompeii Half-day Trip through viator.com. Project Napoli Service provided the tour and they were really awesome. A driver and guide met us at the port on time with the ship's arrival. The guide was really informative and we thoroughly enjoyed her knowledge that she shared with us. The drivers ensured a safe journey to Pompeii and on the return.This tour is highly recommended for any visit to Naples.

Hi, can you pick us up from Stazione Centrale, Naples ( Piazza Garibaldi 9/10?) instead Naples port?
Can you pick up from the naples train station and return there instead of the naples port?
