Very poor experience, we bought the service for the guided tour of Pompeii, when we arrived at Pompei the asked us to wait 10 min for the other people to start the tour. After 20 min we asked what was happening and they told us to wait another 10 min, since they were waiting for the other guests. After a total of 40 min!!! Waiting time we decided to confront them and ask to start the tour, nobody else had arrived.
The lady in charge started to even yell at us and we opted to ask for a refund and started the tour on our own.
Very poor attention and almost an hour of waisted vacation time.
Fortunately we did get our refund back in Sorrento, since they were not willing to provident in Pompeii, strange.

Ci siamo affidati a questa agenzia per organizzare una visita guidata al sito archeologico di Pompei. Eravamo in 12 persone. Tutto organizzato alla perfezione: i biglietti per il treno, quelli per entrare al sito e la guida.
Carmen dell’agenzia ci ha supportato ed assistito in tutto quello che ci serviva, anche oltre il suo orario di lavoro. Molto competente la guida di nome Alfonso Maria, che ci ha descritto gli scavi con passione ed enfasi.

Weil die Bahn streikte hat uns Tempio Travel am Bahnhof von Sorrento diese Private Tour in Pompeji angeboten. Euro 25.-- für Hinreise per Bus, Führung in Englisch und Rückreise per Bahn. = Euro 100.-- für vier Personen. Natürlich mussten wir zuerst warten bis der Bus voll war und das dauerte über 1 1/2 Std. Die Gäste mussten ja n wegen des Bahnstreiks zuerst gefunden werden. Die meisten der Gäste warteten geduldig auf der Terrasse im oberen Stock bei sengender Hitze, 12 Stühlen und einem Sonnenschirm warten. Als der Bus endlich los fuhr war bereits wieder ein Gast ausgestiegen um sich Getränke zu beschaffen. Wir wurden von einer Dame akquiriert dann an einen Herrn weiter gereicht der uns wieder an eine andere Dame für die Buchung verwies. Wir bekamen ein Busticket, ein Rotes Armband, ein Bahnticket und sollten uns in Pompeji im Büro 1. Stock bei der Ankunft melden. Dort nahm man uns das Busticket ab und führte die Gruppe geschlossen bis zu einem Getränkehändler wo man nochmals Euro 15.-- für den Eintritt in die Ruinenstadt Pompeji abknöpfen wollte. Angeblich bräuchten wir dann bei der Kasse nicht anzustehen. Da stand aber niemand !!! und der Getränkehändler machte gleich Kasse mit den Gästen des Guides. Wir gingen auf eigene Faust. Das in den diversen Gebäuden in Pompeji statt der menschlichen Überreste neutzeitliche Kultur / Kunst und eine Pink Floyd Ausstellung zu bestaunen war hat uns niemand gesagt. Das Verrückte war, dass wir die menschlichen Überreste ausserhalb der Ruinenstadt kostenlos besichtigt werden konnte. Nach unserer Rückkehr haben wir den Veranstalter beim Bahnhof angesprochen. Er hat sich weder entschuldigt noch konnte er Argumente für diese Abzocke vortragen. Wir hätten halt besser hinhören sollen als man uns den Ausflug verkauft habe. Fazit Busticket Euro 4.60 + Bahnticket Euro 2.40 = Euro 7.-- d.h. Euro 18.-- für die angeblich geführte Tour ohne Eintritt + Eintritt vor Ort Euro 15.- Vorsicht bei Tempio Travel . Auf unserer Quittung steht natürlich nicht wofür wir wirklich bezahlt haben.

I deeply apologize for your disappointement concerning your experience with our Company.
Unfortunately that day there was a train strike that didn't depend on us.
It's for this reason that we offered an alternative solution to let everyone enjoy the archeaological site of Pompeii.
Our staff was clear explaining that the Eur 25.00 includes the bus trasport to Pompeii, the guided tour and the open train ticket to come back. The entrance fee was not included in that price.
We are sorry for the misunderstanding happened.
Is always our highest priority to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied at all times with our service.
We are sorry if your experience didn't meet your expectation.
