However we'd like to specify that: - our customer service (and viator as well) do sent at time of booking by email any kind of instruction about how to recognize us, meeting and redeeming point, info on how to reach the meeting point. We also specify where to meet exactly since we understand Pompeii has 3 different entrances and it's very vast site of course, it's an entire Roman city preserved. if you needed to catch a taxi that means that you took the wrong public transportation service, not suggested by us and got in the wrong entrance, So we are not responsible for confusion, mystakes. We do provide all specific information on purpose to help as much as possibile before the travel, even if everything is anyway well descript on the product's page. if you double check your communication/email about this product I'm sure you'll find all the info you were looking for. For people you asked around, of course they are people of our staff and since we are a private company we cannot be responsable of some wrong indication of random people around. if you need help you should call or write us an email to our customer service which is anytime ready to help and assist with great guys at operation. We would have gave to you in one minute all the necessary help but unfortunately we did not receive any call or message. Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre expérience n'ait pas été positive. Les files d'attente pour la mesure de la température et les récentes règles de distanciation sociale ont rendu un peu difficile la collecte des billets certains jours bondés. We are very sorry that you had to queue and had a bad experience. Unfortunately it is mandatory to queue for the thermoscanner to measure body temperature. The rules established due to COVID make access to the site more problematic than usual.

Hello, thanks for your message! It is not possible to send the actual tickets per message, so we always send vouchers that allow our hosts to buy the tickets at the ticket office. This actually saves time and effort. As for the lack of line, it can happen since there always are lots of people in the ruins. Kind regards
