We used Welcome Pickups for our cruise ship transfer from Civitavecchia to our hotel in Rome. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We also used them two days later for our transfer from the Hyatt to Rome International (FCO) for our flight back to Vancouver. At the port of Civitavecchia they were on time and found us quickly amidst many hundreds of people and vehicles during the cruise ship departures. They use an app, similar to an Uber app, where they can communicate with you very effectively. The driver was fluent in English and gave us a safe and swift transfer into Rome. The same can be said for our transfer from the Hyatt to the airport. Excellent service and totally worry free transfers. Great vehicles in great condition, comfortable, clean and well presented. Very price competitive and have the edge with their service. Five stars all round for the cars, service and drivers.

It was a shuttle for 8 passengers, the driver was waiting for us as we left the ship. Took us to our hotel and the cost was 45 Euros per person.

We booked this transfer from our Hotel in Rome to the Cruise Port. booking was simple and affordable for two. Our driver Ali, provided transfer services for us the day before from the airport to hotel and we were glad to have him again. He arrived early and provided historic information about Rome as he drove. He was prompt, courteous and got us to the cruise port safely and ahead of schedule! My husband and I definitely recommend using this company !

Our driver was very personable and also she was full of interesting information while we drive from Rome hotel to the port to embark on our cruise. Big vehicle fit all of our luggage (6 large bags, 5 carryon bags and 6 adults) and we sat comfortably during the drive! Thanks

The ride to the cruise port was wonderful. Our driver was very good - including some scenic guiding. The ride was restful and the driver knew where exactly to bring us to the right cruise ship.

Driver arrived on time and we received a friendly attitude from her. Though the gentlemen on the trip attempted to help load the luggage, she would not allow it. Got us safely to the port as we went in and out of rain showers. The company has been great so far. Happy that we coordinated our transfers with them.

We used a Rome to Civitavecchia private transfer service we found on Viator in the Transfers & Ground Transport section under Port Transfers. They picked us up at our Airbnb rental in Rome and delivered us directly to our cruise line front door. I believe they will pick you up at the airport as well. Very prompt, gracious and respectful. We were extremely pleased with our service!

I would think they do. The best thing is to contact the company which I booked through Viator. Definitely recommend though
