It was my mom’s lifelong dream to go to the Vatican and see the pope. Our tour guide made it possible by ensuring that we got as close to the pope as possible. I am so grateful to him and I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants a stress-free trip to the Vatican.

This was an awesome experience! I’m so glad we had a wonderful guide to navigate the crowd and security check-in. It was great to have reserved seats close to the stage and we could see and hear everything well. So glad we did this.

It’s a wonderful experience but please DON’T FALL INTO THE TRAP OF PAYING IT’S FREE to pay an agency it’s a STEAL they enter you by lining up everyone, waiting for the Guide delays your entry. Better get in early. Line up without any Guide. Save that money for lunch and other activities. The audience with the Pope on Wednesdays is completely Free.

gracias por escribir esto comentario y por las 5 estrellas. Es cierto que la audiencia con el Papa es gratuita, pero adquirir los boletos no es sencillo. Las agencias, como la nuestra (Gray Line - I Love Rome), tienen más facilidad para reservar los ingresos, lo que garantiza que quienes reservan con nosotros puedan entrar sin contratiempos. Además, estarán acompañados por una guía que les proporcionará un contexto histórico y mucha información útil. También hacemos lo posible para que nuestros clientes se acomoden en los mejores lugares disponibles.

Highly recommended if you do not want to get lost in the different offices, queues, etc. as they accompany you to the best place to see the Pope up close when he passes in his uncovered car as well as follow the whole celebration.

I forgot our guides name. Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. She was able to 'shepherd' all of us despite the crowds. Voice is just right. Clear instructions. Clear narrations.

The audience with the Pope itself was excellent and a once in a lifetime experience. However, our guide, if you can use that term in reference to her, was terrible.

My wife and I, was on that tour. The guide was absolutely fantastic. I can´t remember her name, but she was from Argentina. She told us a lot about the Vatikan, the Pope and what we could expect, from the audiense with the Pope. Further more, she insisted to learn the names of each of us in the group. I think everybody felt it as an ekstra bonus.

Great experience when in Rome. Despite the early start and very long queue, it was worth booking and attending. The visit was inside in a large auditorium which was very comfortable. Very strict security, all timings were on the dot. Pope Francis arrived at 9am, we were probably in the space for a couple of hours. Very moving and just lovely to be part of the morning prayers with the congregation from across the world. There were a few larger school groups who sang beautifully which added to experience. Booked as part of GoCity pass.

Dear Nate, thanks for your query - seats are the best we can get for our guests! Yes, it is random, because seating assignment isn't possible, but we get there pretty early so your tour guide usually leads you to the best section of the parterre so your view is excellent.
