- Jiaying L00五星好评，不能更棒我们在这家定了梵蒂冈和斗兽场的小团游，两个导游都非常好，讲解得有趣又详细，还很幽默，能学到很多东西，在斗兽场的时候我们还不小心和导游走散了，给办公室打了电话，导游很快就找到了我们，还为我们单独讲解了一下我们没跟上的部分。总之，对这个行程非常满意，他们的服务真的很周到，推荐！

We had the most incredible Tour with Alessandro! As a historian he was able to paint a picture of what a day was like in the ancient world. We learned a ton and he even threw in a few jokes. The experience couldnt have been better!

Our tour guide was great and kept us entertained the whole tour. The only downfall was that our reservation was moved from 1:15 to 1:45 and no one bothered to tell us. We were waiting over 30 mins after checking in and it wasn’t until I asked that I was informed the tour time changed. We were very hungry and would have had time to get food if we had known about the change. I did receive an email stating that the time had changed, however the email came hours after the tour was completed.

If I could, I would rate this tour with zero stars. The tour guide really wasted our time discussing minutia about the artifacts and areas of the forum. Instead of looking at all the areas of the forum he spent 15 minutes on each section, and he gave very detailed explanations about aspects forum that were meaning less. There were 24 people on the tour and virtually everyone on the tour was equally disappointed. They were all complaining. The guide kept complaining about how tired he was, and he was losing weight from the heat. To make matters worse when we got to the best part of the tour at the Colosseum the Colosseum entry was temporarily closed. The line never moved, and we did not get into the Colosseum as the Colosseum was closing in 45 minutes. I paid for 8 people total of 826.00. It was a complete waste of money, and the worst part was that we were not able to see one of the best attractions in Rome and we are not able to go back. I think we deserve a refund either partial or full.

I’m not a person who writes reviews typically buuut this time I had an awful experience for spending almost 150 boxes. The tour guide English accent was not clear and easy to understand and she was like she didn’t have enough energy or motivation to explain things to us. It was more like a painful duty that she was supposed to get it done as soon as possible. Also, she treated us very rude abs badly when we asked questions. No one in our group seemed happy when the tour was over. I had another guided tour in Pompeii the day before and it was super good. This one, was unfortunately 100 percent opposite.
At the end of the tour other groups were seem so excited and cheer their tour guid happily but in our group, everyone was like board, unhappy and confused. We asked at the middle of the tour from other people if they understood what the tour guide is saying but others were clueless as well…
Overall, I do not recommend this and if I come back again, I will watch a good documentary beforehand or get another tour. Totally wasted my money.

This was such an amazing tour. We didn’t feel rushed and our guide Laura A. was SO knowledgeable about all the sites. She was a true storyteller.
The sites themselves weren’t too crowded compared to others and the skip the line is well worth it. Bring a reusable water bottle to fill up along the way.

Høyde punktet på familie turen våres.
Jeg var litt bekymret for turen som skulle ta 3 timer i 29 grader selv på ettermiddagen. Men dette overgikk allt. Så fikk vi uten tvil det beste Guiden på hele turen. Daario. Vi var med på flere guidet turer med på våres høstferie i Roma. De fleste var ok +, men Daario var noe helt eget. Meget bra opplegg, innlagte pauser og toalett besøk. Og en utrolig kunnskaps rik guide som ikke pratet for mye eller for lite. Han dro over på flere språk etter hvert som han fant ut hvilke land og språk folk pratet, selv om vi var satt opp på engelsk tour. Hele familien var samstemte dette var høyde punktet. Siste Tour siste dagen. Og for en dag det ble. Jeg ha Daario ekstra tips. Han var verdt allt ekstra.
Selve omvsningen kostet en del, men var verdt hver Euro.
Anbefaler folk å gå opp til resturanten Miscele E Fuoco etterpå. Kort vei, herlig service, god mat, for unge kjøp pizza. Knall god. Enkel margarita ble barnas favoritter. Be om bord ute, det fikser dem. Er det fullt bærer dem ut flere. Vi endte med å spise der flere ganger. Betal med kort og tips med Euro. ( 10% ) Det setter dem stor pris på.

Wow. Our guide Diego was better than great. Being someone who takes clients on tours around the world I was impressed by his ability to keep my group engaged and interested from beginning to end. His flow and timing was perfect. He ran the entire tour most excellently. I highly recommend taking a tour with Diego. Everyone enjoyed our time with him.

We were guided by Elida who was friendly, funny and a wonderful source of information. Starting at the Roman Forum then Palentine Hill we finished in the Colosseum and felt that by the end of the tour we had any questions fully answered. The time flew and although we were tired by then end it was just the right amount of time in each place to get the information and history without it being too gruelling.

Essentially a rip off, they'll charge you more because the group hasn't met the normal quota of 'semi-private', however on the day, they'll actually exceed it. We paid an extra 20E because they didn't meet minimum - this was actually a lie.
They changed our tour time from 1425hrs, we were originally in 'orange' group, then switched to 'red', then as I queried it, I managed to see my name on a paper for 'blue' group - they claimed we had been called to advise of the change - we had not. So we were left waiting for 1.5 hours.
Honestly, just avoid them and seek a better organised operator - they are Disorganised, disinterested and a shambles.
