忘不了的一天
2017年12月26号，我和芳菲一起去了一趟佛罗伦萨和比萨。芳菲是北京人，那是她第一次来意大利玩一个礼拜。我告诉她，来意大利不去佛洛伦萨和比萨，觉得很可惜；因此我们在网上搜索了罗马当地旅行社。找了半天，最后找到了Romaetravel 旅行社， 看了顾客的评价都特别高，就决定预定他们的"tour Firenze e Pisa"。
旅游的那天早上7.30点，司机和导游来我家接我们，司机驾驶的就是一辆奔驰Viano车，觉得非常豪华！路上，导游充满活力地给我们讲了佛罗伦萨和比萨的基础历史和文化，到了佛洛伦萨，她就带我们去参观古城，一边走一边给我们更详细地说明各个古迹的来历、文艺复兴的背景和实质以及那时期的艺术家的重要性。午餐时，她还带我们去市中心的一家非常好的餐厅吃饭。那天我们玩的很高兴，过得很快乐，导游和司机都表现得阳光开朗，他们的英语也很不错。总的来说，我觉得Romaetravel是一个很可靠、很专业的旅行社，非常推荐！

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a tour company. DO NOT USE THEM!!! The descriptions says the tour begins at 6.30 am but pickup will be 30-60 minutes before the tour begins. Representative came to the hotel at 5.15 for pickup, stayed for 1 minute and left without us. Not only was he earlier than the given time period he also did not wait until the actual pickup time for us. I paid $900 for a private tour, there was no one else to pickup?? why did he come early? why did he rush off without us? Numerous calls were immediately placed to the representative and the tour operator and no answer. So disappointed and not what I expected for the price I paid. I filed a complaint and disputed the charges and they have a no refund policy. This is a scam.

The walking tour was good. Fredirica was knowledgeable, She gave the in-depth info about Venice and took us to places not known to public. The gondola ride was good too. I would recommend the tour. Thank you Frederica

Our Guide was perfect for us. She was on time. professional and yet personable. She made sure we say everything cementing our desire to come back and spend more time in specific places. Thank you to her and we hope to see her again

1.How long is the train ride from Rome to Venice and from Venice back to Rome? 2.What time to do we have to meet up the guide in Venuce for the train back to Rome?

The train ride is 4 hours one way.we took 855 am train and we're there by 1 and walked all the way from train station to the tour meet up place,that way you get to see almost e well most of the city. We chose to meet up with the guide at 3 on .Trains leave every two hours or so. We took 555 pm train back. Walking tour and Gandola ride lasted an hour and half. I would give more room to get back to train station as we were very rushed" Hope this helps.

We are flying into Rome, but will be boarding a cruise out of Venice. We wanted to see some of Venice before boarding the ship. Would it be possible to book this tour as a “one-way” tour from Rome to Venice where we remain in Venice instead of returning to Rome?
