Eu fui no horário combinado e a guia não apareceu, fiquei 1 horas esperando. Todos os outros guias apareceram e essa não apareceu.Liguei e não atenderam. Não gostei da atitude da empresa.

Primeiramente sempre atendemos telefone e WhatsApp nos horários de encontro dos passeios. Ajudamos a todos que não encontram ou demoram. Você nos disse que havia nossos outros guias, você falou com eles? porque eles encontrarão instantaneamente uma solução para você. O passeio está ocorrendo conforme planejado, então você deve estar no lugar errado ou na hora errada. Não adianta esperar 1 hora porque resolvemos problemas em minutos!! Espero que o resto das suas férias tenha sido bom. Obrigado

Cool Tour
The Tour with Joe was amazing. He is a experienced Tour Guide and due to his studies he knows a lot about architecture. We also went to another Tour on the Next day with him (juwish ghetto and transtevere).

A good way to find more out about the city
The tour guide was very good, she was very informative, her english was good and easy to understand, and she was polite. It was a good way to spend 2hrs un Rome

Informative and enjoyable guide
Joe was our guide and he was very informative and made it a fun and really enjoyable walking tour because of his passion for architecture and rome. He even made sure we could stay in the shade when we could because it was very hot. If we were staying another day we would do another tour but it was our last day in Rome.

Joe was very informative and enthusiastic about the architecture of the ancient sites we visited. He is very kind and welcoming. The stories he told us were very interesting.it was a great tour!

We couldn’t hear the tour guide!!!! No headset/microphone for the large group
The tour might have been fine if the guide has had a speaker system or a way of projecting her voice. Rome is loud. The speaker was a Peruvian-Italian woman. From the time we met her in a relatively quiet area, people couldn’t understand what she was saying because they couldn’t hear.

She knew some of the history of the area but it was an extremely disappointing experience.

We just completed a similar tour in Florence with the fantastic English speaking Brazilian, Gabriel. That was the best tour on our trip, this was the worst. Same format—modest fee and compensation through tips.

It’s a shame because there is so much history and it would have been great if we could have heard it.

Tour with Giuseppe
Giuseppe was our guide and he was very knowledgable. Not too much but also not too little. The tour was two hours and covered history I never knew of and was very passionate. Recommend this tour in the first days of visitting Rome as they usually give you hints for further visits and eat&drink (very important at least for me).

Taster of Rome
Very modest joining fee(€2), though tip expected at the end, walking with a licensed guide; easy to follow instructions to join. Route interesting, guide covers a lot, though if you have a question you have to be quick!
The surfaces are very uneven and sturdy footwear is advisable.
As a taster tour it’s fine and you can then return to visit places if interest at your leisure.

Super geführter Stafmdtrundgang mit Michael. Einfach TOP
Es war eine sehr schöne geführte Tour auf Deutsch. Michael der Tour Guide war sehr freundlich, mit vollem Herzen dabei und hat die Tour sehr kurzweilig gehalten. An jedem interessanten Punkt haben wir gestoppt, seine fundierte Erläuterung hat er dann noch mit Bildern zum Anschauen unterlegt.
Wirklich sehr viel Engagement dafür das er das für Trinkgeld macht. Viel besser als ich erwartet habe.
