The food is so so good. It's amazing going to the market and watching the interactions between Massimo and the local farmers. We learned a lot of great cooking techniques and had so much fun!

The Farmers Market Cooking Class led by Max was an incredible experience and the highlight of my trip. After walking around the market, meeting some of the vendors and choosing seasonally appropriate ingredients, the afternoon was spent thoughtfully crafting a beautiful meal. Plus Max and his team were welcoming, joyful and full of laughter which made me feel as though I was cooking with friends. This class is a must for anyone who loves creating memories in the kitchen.

We had chef Marco for our cooking class. He was funny and made our cooking class one of the highlights of our Italy trip! I cannot recommend this class enough! Allora!!

We hooked up with our group and our instructor for the day Alessandro at the farmers market where it was clear that Alessandro knew the best places and people to shop from. Together we selected the dishes we wished to prepare and he helped us choose what to purchase. We then headed to a local meat market to grab the chickens and a short walk to the air conditioned cooking school. The amenities and the staff were exceptional. We were shown the traditional pasta making methods, chicken cleaning and preparation and even made our own gelato for desert. It’s really a great experience for all ages as they also has a kids class going on as well. Thank you so much to Alessandro and the rest of the team !

This was an incredible experience. We experienced shopping in the local market and learning how to make fresh pasta. Max was friendly, knowledgeable and a top notch chef!! Food was outstanding. I highly recommend this cooking class!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this cooking class. We met our group and Chef Davide in the beautiful food market in Campo de Fiori. We shopped with him for the meat and produce for our meal and were personally introduced to his favorite vendors. Our group was my family of four (14 and 11 year old daughters), a Danish couple and a teacher from VA. We loved getting to know these travelers. The class was so fun and interactive. Davide really gave us an education about traditional Roman cooking. Our homemade pasta was delicious. And the chicken romana we made was the best dish I ate in Rome! Loved our strawberry tiramisu too. The best part is they do all of the clean up while you enjoy your meal! Highlight of our week in Italy!
