We had so much fun at Debora's, she is such a welcoming host, we were totally under her charm. The food is authentic, the house is a typical Rome style, we had a good conversation with people who come from everywhere, you should definitely meet Debora when you're in Rome!

Although everything we ate while traveling in Italy was yummy, this was the very best! Deborah is a wonderful hostess and cook. Forgive me, I am uncertain of names but, Deborah’s sister, daughter, husband and cousin all helped to make it a perfect evening. Music, delicious food, wonderful wines and warm, gracious lovely people made this a night to remember. If you are going to Rome, put this on you ‘must do’ list.

I was in Rome with my wife, daughter, and son-in-law-to-be for only two nights. We were headed to Palinuro (about 100 miles south of Naples) for my daughter's wedding. I thought this would be an interesting way to spend one of the nights in Rome. Meeting and interacting with people around a dinner table is so... Italian, especially in someone's home. From the moment we entered their home we felt relaxed and welcomed. Debora and daughter Fiamma hosted a wonderful dinner for nine "strangers" that evening. We also met Debora's son, and Debora's husband joined us at the table to dine as well. He and Debora shared stories, and Debora even "convinced" her husband to sing a few songs. That led to some very funny singalongs. Overall, the evening exceeded my expectations... the combination of the food, the wines, the liquors, the dessert, the conversations, and the singing made for a very special and memorable evening. If you plan a trip to Rome do not miss out on dinner with Debora and Fiamma.

This was a wonderful evening - great food and great company. By the time we left we all felt like close friends and I've been sending all my friends who are planning to visit Rome to dine with Fiamma.

Warmth, friendliness, delicious food, and meeting new friends were the highlights of this dinner evening. The hosts ended our evening by walking with us to a beautiful fountain overlooking the city of Rome. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.

Having dinner in Deborah and Fiama's home was a wonderful treat. Their home is at the top of a hill in Rome with a spectacular view of the city. Not only was the meal fantastic, they treated us to a thorough education on things to do in Rome, important sites with fewer tourists, hidden gem restaurants, and so on. They also led us on a beautiful walk to a historic fountain nearby their home with a beautiful view of the city.
This mother and daughter team could not have been more enjoyable and accommodating. We definitely will seek them out again when we next visit Rome.

Deborah and her husband Max hosted our meal. We had a wonderful time. These are kind, warm, funny people who clearly love having strangers in their home. They made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. Fiamma, the daughter is a professional sommelier and was not able to join us that evening, though we met her for a few minutes and discussed the wine we had brought. This is an entirely different view of the "experience" of Rome and so worth it. The food was delicious, the company lovely and we had a terrific time. It is now my goal to do this in every city I travel to.

best part of our trip to Italy. Very real, authentic & welcoming! Highly recommend. Hostess is also a tour guide so very knowledgeable. Daughter a sommelier. Food, drink, banter - exceptional.

how can we reserve for 2. The website will not change the number of guests from 3.

Hello, We are a family of 5 with a 9 yr old and two vegetarians. Are there menu options for vegetarian dishes? Could we possibly pay full price for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and get our 5th, youngest free?
