Excelente experiencia con nuestro guía, Carmelo. Hizo un tour muy agradable manteniendo al grupo siempre atento con mucha historia a la vez que alguna bromilla.
Es imposible ver todos los museos porque es enorme, pero él seleccionó lo más interesante y nos hizo situarnos en cada momento histórico haciéndolo muy entretenido.
Es recomendable hacer el tour a las 8.00 de la mañana cuando hay menos gente, evitando colas y permitió el acceso directo desde la Capilla Sixtina hacia la Basílica.
Para subir a la cúpula hay que pagar un extra de 10 euros porque no entra en el tour.
Gracias Carmelo por hacernos pasar tan buena mañana.

To preface this the day we visited was close to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and that certainly impacted the experience. It was GREAT to skip the line and get navigated through entering of the museum. It was PACKED with people. We spent a fair amount of time in the courtyard talking about some of the statuary and getting info on the paintings of the Sistine chapel. Our guide seemed to have a genuine love for the place and Michelangelo and that showed. Once we entered into the building it was like cows moving through the stocks. There was no real time to examine pieces as you had to keep moving. We had earpieces but they faded out if you were not very near your leader. There were no real stories of the pieces that I can remember. I will have to look back at quickly snapped pictures to try to enjoy any of the work we past. I thought our leader was a lovely person, but I would not recommend the tour. I did a tour with a different company to the colosseum and I will use that company for future tours.

Unfortunately, during summer and high peak season, Vatican Museums is one of the most croeded attractions, as you would immagine. And it could happen that it is not easy to manage every little situation.

The Vatican was wonderful, and St. Peter's Basilica even more so. So much amazing art in one place, and such a feeling of reverence for the spirituality, the history, the love that went into creating everything within. The Pieta was especially wonderful. The tour - could have gone better. There are that many of the guides, including ours were getting frazzled. It did not help that one of the guests liked to badger and annoy our guide. But our tour-guide started out impatient and rushed through so fast, he left half the people behind. He told us if we did not want to fight our way through crowds we should have come in the winter.

I love it! It's incredible all the paintings and the architecture, There are a lot of details on all the tour. Even the paintings are huge, if you pay attention, you could see all the details. It's was a wonder experience!

The tour was phenomenal. Cristina was knowledgeable and presented information in an engaging way. My mother is elderly and disabled and she made sure to accommodate her needs and also made sure didn’t miss the most important parts. The tour that she gave us was definitely one of the best parts of our two week vacation and we will remember it forever.

Vi købte billetter på metrostationen til i alt 66 € for 2 personer, heraf 1 studerende. Selve vatikanmuseet var virkelig en oplevelse som vi ikke ville være foruden. Vi ærger os dog over at man gennem dette selskab betaler betydeligt mere i entre, da det her i højsæsonen ikke var muligt at bestille på museets egen hjemmeside. Vi følte os derfor nødsaget til at købe de meget dyre billetter, for ikke at skulle spilde flere timer af vores dage i Rom med at stå i kø. Ved indgangen til museet oplevede vi ikke en særligt skarp kontrol, og observerede mange andre gæster, der sneg sig med gruppen, og kunne således springe køen over uden reservation. Da vi kom igennem security gik det hele meget stærkt, og vi blev viftet hurtigt videre til billet-indgangen, hvor vi fik overrakt billetter med en værdi af henholdsvis 8€ og 17€ (25€ i alt). Først da vi var kommet ind på museet gik det op for os, at ønskede man et kort over museet, skulle man have taget det i indgangen (der hvor vi hurtigt blev skubbet videre), som det ikke var muligt at tilgå mere - ikke god service.. Vi havde ønsket at guiden havde gjort opmærksom på dette.
Vi ærger os over at turistkontorer opkøber en masse billetter, og dermed blokerer for almindeligt billetsalg, hvorefter de sælger dem til dobbelt / tredobbelt pris.
Havde man haft mulighed for at reservere billetter på den officielle hjemmeside, havde man også kunne springe køen over, og fået billetterne til den regulære pris.
Vi ærger os over at turistkontorer opkøber en masse billetter, og dermed blokerer for almindeligt billetsalg, hvorefter de sælger dem til dobbelt / tredobbelt pris.
Havde man haft mulighed for at reservere billetter på den officielle hjemmeside, havde man også kunne springe køen over, og fået billetterne til den regulære pris.

We hope it is not only about the price, cause you will know it is a market low and that is not necessarly connected to our service in general.
You have paid for our service including also Customer Assistant taking you until Museum entrance: she is not the guide, but only a customer assistant who ask to for doubts.
Anyway, we will keep in mind your experience as a field where to work and to improve.
