Después de perder por un segundo a la guia de vista intentamos contactar con todos los teléfonos posibles, nos indican donde debemos encontrarnos...por ese punto no paso el grupo en ningún momento..algo que nos confirma la guía después.La guía Goty pasó todas las entradas al Coliseo sin saber que le faltaban personas de su grupo.No contactaron con ella vía llamada tan solo un mensaje que vio cuando estaban dentro. Nos llaman y escriben mintiendo diciendo que nos están esperando para entrar al Coliseo cuando es completamente mentira ya que oímos la conversación que tenían a través de la radio y el grupo ya estaba dentro, la guía salió después y nos confirmo que no había cogido la salida que nos indicaron. Gestión nefasta de la que se desentienden y te dirigen a reclamar en civitatis...los cuales también se desresponsabilizan.Vergonzoso...despues de tomar todas las medidas por nuestra parte no vale de nada...son unos impresentables. En cualquier tour o visita como mínimo se aseguran que el mismo número de personas que billetes pasan por los accesos.

Of all the tours we did in Rome, this was the worst! The tour guide- an older lady was absolutely awful. We were meant to have 30 in the group and only 17 turned up by time of departure so we left. Though it is advertised as a skip the line experience, unlike our tour at the Vatican which was skip the line, this was not. Your group gets added to the queue for groups which was even longer than the individual ticket holders line. If I was to go to the Colosseum, I would not bother with the tour but instead buy an individual ticket. It wasn't until about 1.5 hours into the 3 hour tour that the tour guide bothered to take any sort of register, by that point, a couple of people had already left. She had been a tour guide for over 20 years and it was evident, as she seemed to no longer care about the quality of her tour, which was awful. There was information overload at times and no information at others. The tour was also a lot longer than it needed to be. Other people also commented that the tour was bad but she seemed to not be self aware of this. The best part was when it ended. A waste of an afternoon in Rome.

Such a knowledgeable and personable tour guide. Learnt so much for her in short period of time. Great experience. Not cheap and better to book in advance as I think you get a better deal but an important piece of history to gain amazing insight into.

Excelente guía (Patricia), de esas que no repite una lección, sino que conoce y va relatando en la medida que los edificios aparecen, las preguntas llegan y las historias pueden conectarse.
El tour comenzó por el foro romano, luego al monte palatino; te hace recorrer desde los mitos de la fundación de Roma, su esplendor y su cuasi abandono (nunca olvidaré el dato, pasó de tener un millón de habitantes a 20 mil). Luego la transición hacia el catolicismo.
Luego fuimos al Coliseo, donde su historia y recorrido completó un excelente recorrido.
En 3 hs se recorre y escucha mucho

Booking my skip the line Colloseo and Palatine hill+Roman Forum tickets through trip advisor was very easy And straight forward, although getting your e-ticket or printed ticket is impossible, some work needs to be done there , but not to worry just print off your confirmation reference and the meeting place information, show this to your guide service and enjoy.

It was extremely hard to listen to the tour guide. We could not hear anything she was saying. She stopped at locations and would take 10-15 minutes each time. When we finally made it to the forum it was quick 5 minutes. Not worth it!! Do the self tour

This was an exceptional tour. Our guide MIchael, did an outstanding job of explaining things and telling stories that really brought the history to life. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and that he loved what he did. The skip the line was great in that it definitely shortened the wait to get into the attractions, the museum, the dome, the basilica. That didnt mean there was no wait at all, just that it was a much shorter one. The amount of information and things we saw in the 4 hours we were there was astounding! I just dont think my brain could have absorbed one more fact! I had been to the Vatican museum and Basilica before but I never got this much out of it as I did on this trip. I highly recommend. I just dont think a person could do it justice on their own unless they were experts on the subject as our guide obviously was!

Nos ha encantado nuestra visita de tres días a Roma. Sin duda lo que ha marcado la diferencia ha sido nuestra visita guiada con Cristina. Nos ha explicado todo muy bien, de forma muy amena. Historia, arte, anécdotas... nos embarcó en un viaje dentro de la impresionante historia de Roma.
Mis hijas adolescentes han quedado encantadas. Una experiencia totalmente recomendable. Cuando volvamos a Roma seguro que repetimos con Cristina. Excelente guía, súper preparada y gran conocedora de todos los detalles.
